“My customer service experience has been terrible - I have been enquiring about an exchange for almost a week, and have not yet had a clear response (replying to my enquiry simply with nothing but a website link is extremelt poor). The blinds themselves look great, and the delivery time was fab, but the customer service has let down the whole experience for me.”

“The product is very overpriced. The quality is poor, I lost a bracket within a couple of days. They’re advertised as being able to stay in place with the window open, not on my car but they don’t point that out till you have the fitting instructions. The customer service is poor, advised a new fitting kit is on the way, over a week later and nothing. Poor overpriced rubbish falsely advertised not fit for purpose”

“The shades arrived promptly and were well packaged in a tough cardboard box. They come with a neat carry back so when you are not using them they can be stored and kept clean. They fit incredibly well and look the part. The only issue I had was with the tailgate window and the clips but have managed to sort this now. I would highly recommend these shades as they creat the privacy you need and help reduce the glare from the sun.”

“As a previous customer I knew the shades would be good quality. I think side windows may need a remeasure as they seem to be slightly high, by 2/3mil at top. I could be wrong though.”

“I bought car shades to help shade our baby after buying cheaper alternatives online that broke or were ineffective. Car shades have fitted perfectly (as advertised) and were very easy to install. I had a minor issue where the clips weren’t attaching on the frame on the tailgate shades but I contacted them and they sent new clips out to me quickly and everything has installed perfectly. I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.”
