“Shades arrived 2 days after ordering. After fitting emailed to see how much for extra 5 CL-M05 clips. Emailed me back to say they would send out free for me. Excellent customer service, will definitely order from them again”

“First of all the shades look great. The connections are a bit fiddly and unlike your youtube video the shades aren't easy to fit. Mine were purchased for a 2012 BMW 1 series and the shades are supposed to fit a 2011 through 2019 model. I suspect compromises were made. The written fitment instructions are also too small to locate the exact positioning of the connections. I haven't tried them yet with the windows open but hopefully they won't fall out”

“i emailed a query regarding the fitting clips 3 times over 3 separate days and had no response whatsoever- not even an acknowledgement. very disappointed and frustrated”

“Arrived on time and work fine.instructions could be clearer ie what clips go where.also larger clips a bit long for trim and yet to find something to cut them with as wire cutters won’t do iy”

“Great product, excellent quality and a perfect fit for my Audi Q7, but let down by poor instructions. For a start it doesn't tell you where the blind sits? I assumed it installed from the interior side and sits against the plastic window trim. After scratching my head trying to work out how it fits, I discovered it fits through the open window and sits quite close to the glass. Secondly the supplied clips are complex shape but the instructions don't tell you which way to be fit them to the blind? I tried both ways and believe I have them the right way round! Once installed, the blind sits very close to the glass and I had a very nervous few tests taking the window up and down in case the clips scratched my window but it seems fine. They work well and do a great job of keeping the Sun off anyone in the back seat, and look very nice. I would recommend them but the instructions need to be clearer with maybe a close-up of the correct position of the mounting clip.”
