“Ordered for my ID.4 Shades are great, look smart and very easy to fit. I was missing a couple of clips, however a quick email and the missing clips were received within 3 days. Just a shame there not available for my wife's Cupra Born”

“These made to measure car shades are simply superb. I bought them to afford extra privacy and load security to my Land Rover Discovery, already fitted with dark glass to the rear, however it was still possible to see the contents of the rear of the car. With the car shades fitted it is now very difficult for anyone to see the rear load, and not only is security enhanced, but also the car feels even cooler in strong sun. The shades fitted perfectly, and are easy to install. Once in, look like a factory fit. Quality seems superb, and I cannot recommend them enough. Beats anything else on the market. Thank you.”

“Third time to purchase for different cars. They fit easily and firmly and do provide a decent shade. It would be a good option to have a section left out of the rear window to allow a rear facing dash cam to still be able to have a clear view to the road behind. Will buy again for the next vehicle.”

“We can’t fit the window shades to our car! I ordered two 2016+ rear window shades for my seat ateca 2017, they are good quality and sturdy and look good, but they don’t fit! And there wasn’t actually an instruction manual to teach us how to install them properly. It came with clips, but no instructions on which clips to use. We searched on YouTube how to fit them, and neither of the clips actually work because the shades are about 1cm too big for the seat ateca windows! Considering they are supposed to be made specifically for that model car, they don’t fit at all, we would have to bend them slightly to squeeze them in!”

Hi Julia We are sorry to learn you are having issues fitting your Car Shades. Please could you try the following steps: 1. Fit clip CL-M12 to the frame of the Car Shade first on the right-hand edge of the Car Shade 2. Fit clip CL-M11 to the frame of the door on the left-hand side, this video should give you a guide on how to fit them https://youtu.be/z8e2-mm8sUg 3. Push the right-hand side of your Car Shade that has clip M12 into the corner of the window frame first behind the plastic trim where your Car Shade is currently over lapping on the picture you have shared with us 4. Flex the Car Shade on the left-hand side behind clip M11 which is essentially a retaining clip Please let us know how you get on and if that doesn't work please could you send some more images to sales@carshades.co.uk and we'll see how we can help further. “Well packaged and a good fit. Instructions are included and they have videos etc. what they could do though is give close ups of the clips as this is what causes the most confusion. Otherwise a great product and I highly recommend as a flexible option to window tinting”

“The blinds fit perfectly but the retaining clips are either the wrong type or not quite the right shape. Instructions were a little poor too. Minor improvements could make this product perfect.”

“Absolutely amazing - fit perfectly! Really sleek looking. So much better than all the others out there! No gaps or poor fitting. We’re able to have the windows open in the back to allow air into the cabin without the rays from the sun. Brilliant if you have children! My only regret is not buying the full set for the smaller windows and boot.”

“Speedy delivery of good quality shades - happy customer. One small gripe: the fitting instructions were hard to follow. Teeny-tiny drawings illustrating actions that were clearly important but almost impossible to understand because they were so small. Two practical DIYers had to puzzle for 30 minutes to work out how to insert the clips!”
