Both gentleman explained exactly what they were going to do and questioned me about what my needs were for the carpet being cleaned. “The service representative and technicians were incredibly professional and friendly. I went to schedule their service on a Friday night and was able to get an appointment only a few days later. They provided a service window of 8.0-9.00 and arrive promptly around 8:00. The technicians were super friendly and talked me through the treated areas after the service. I would greatly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services.”
