“The previous tenants of my property had pets and there was a bad odor in brand new carpet. The technician at Carpet Bright came out and got it taken care of. Thanks !!”

“Rob the technician was very polite, courteous and professional. He explained the cleaning technique so I could understand! My carpets look beautiful, now waiting for them to dry and see if the cat odor is gone! I have a good feeling that this is going to work! More expensive than I was quoted by another company, but if the odor is eliminated (which I think it will be) it is worth every penny!!!”

“We had an appointment with Carpet Bright to clean our upstairs carpet between 10:00 and 11:00 today. Peter called at 9:40 to say that he would arrive shortly. He got right to work. We have lived in our home for five years and the carpet is light and was filthy. He was able to get most of the stains out. A couple that were stubborn are now considerably lighter! Peter was friendly and professional — wore shoe coverings and a mask and gloves. He worked for about an hour and a half and moved all furniture as he worked. So worth it. We will call Carpet Bright again and I hope we get Peter!”
