Unfortunately I ordered black edging and received lime green which doesn't go with my light blue car, however mats fit well and good quality.

Recieved the wrong matts, despite the fact that I entered my registration number. Had to cut them into shape. They were very good quality though.

It's fair for the price, however the matt doesn't fit 100% (as in it's too big for the boot, BMW G31 5-Series Touring) and the felt lining was cut quite badly.

We added all relevant information but the car mats didn’t fit. We had to ask for information regarding a refund/address on two separate occasions since the first was dismissed and an ‘investigation’ was offered. After making clear that we wanted to send them back for a full refund, we were directed to source (and pay for) our own courier. The mats were unused as we repackaged them once it was clear they didn’t fit. I’m hoping to receive a full refund, minus the £6.26 return postage fee. Communication has been reasonable. If your car mats will fit, the company is probably fine. If they won’t, you’ll need to pay for the returns.

The Good Bits - Price was reasonable for the finished product, ordering was easy, options where plentiful (if a little to easy to spend more). Fit is perfect for Foot mats and boot liner - Audi A4 Avante The Not So Good Bit - It took 14 days from order to delivery, apparently there was a machine breakdown but the communication was POOR I had to call and chase. The mats where a bit wet on arrival as the plastic wrap was torn open on the top, had anything been loose they would have fallen out. Luckily the floor mats where rolled up with the boot liner. As they are rubber I dried them by hand and the carpet liner is drip drying in my shed... Any claims of being odour free are erroneous they smell quite strongly and not in a great way so they are all due for a pressure wash and dry before I install them fully. When I can leave them in the car I am sure they will work great, but I am not sure I got great service or value for money considering the added cleaning and inconvenience.

Purchased a set of the platinum mats for my BMW 4 series gran coupe (F36). They were described as OEM fit, but they are far from it. They give you a set of mats along with a self adhesive backed Velcro pad to stick on yourself. Over a couple of weeks the Velcro pads wear off and you’re left with standard mats that do not stay fixed in place. The mats themselves are of a good quality, nice carpet and thick but the constant slipping out of place has pushed me to go back to genuine BMW mats.

Based on what you have ordered you should have received bespoke fit car mats for your car so I can only apologise that these haven't fit correctly. The car mats and boot mat went astray. The first time I rang the supplier I was told to wait a couple of days. After 2 days I rang again and was told the mats were out for delivery with a different supplier and would end up back at the depot. I was offered a fast remake and next day delivery, although I have my doubts this would have worked. I said I would stick with the order being re sent. It came via evri when I was away and I received an email saying 'delivered and signed for' but when I looked at the POD there was nothing on it. Luckily my neighbour had seen them on my drive and picked them up. She confirmed no signature. The 4 mats are ok. The boot mat does not fit. I phoned and was asked for my registration number which I gave. I was subsequently sent 2 emails asking for my registration number so in total I have supplied it 3 times. I also asked for the returns label but so far I have not received a returns label or a suggestion of an alternative boot mat or liner. I would say that the mats are ok as long as you get what you want, first time, and are at home when delivery takes place. I wouldn't use this company again

The car mats were ok quality. I wouldn't say particularly bad but they aren't great. The fitment is poor, it doesn't fit the factory securing pegs without there being a lift all the way down the middle. The delivery time was also very poor. Took way longer than the estimated delivery time with no explanation as to why this was the case. I would return them but unfortunately I'd be back to square 1 with no mats again.

Mats for Mini Cooper. £39 you get what you pay for very thin and cheap did not have any fixings for mini very disappointing.should have known better. 7 working days for delivery.

Hi Keith, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. To confirm, the mats you ordered are our second grade out of 4 grades of carpet so we do actually offer much thicker materials. If you wanted to exchange for the next level up (which is twice as thick) you can do this? Also, in regards to the fixing system, there should have been some velcro pads included in the package? Please check the packaging as they very well may be in there. Mats arrived for 2019 civic. Dissapointed. Plastic fixtures do not align to any fix points in the car for front driver and passenger. Leaving the mats looking quite silly and the corners folding up where they are not aticking (due to the plastic fix points).

Order No.#2000252600 Ordered mats for my 3 series bmw at a cost of £57, they arrived with no fixings attached to the front mats so I could fix them to the floor and stop them sliding about. Phoned Carmats4U and fair enough the guy on the phone was very apologetic and the missing items arrived the next day so was able to fit the mats ok. After only two days the heel pad started to lift on the drivers mat where it wasn't stuck down properly and rather than go through the rigmarole of explaining and sending the mat back i have stuck the heel pad down myself! Also the quality of the mats needs to be stopped exaggerated upon as they are nothing like my old bmw original mats, i would say they are not much better than mats you could buy in any autostore, should be better at this price point!

Delivery was poor, paid for fast but slow dispatch. Custom fit was not great drivers side mat only half a matt did not reach under pedals! Rear mats also on the small side. So not as custom fit as expecting from the preuim product ordered. Disappointing. Ranger rover sport 2017. Feels more like generic matt⁸s rather than custom fit.

Car Mats are poor quality in general after using for only 1 week they started bitting and are now not a smooth finish. Pretty disappointing really for the price. Rubber boot mat is not a perfect fit and catches the bootlid as it closes and then sometimes makes the boot stick to open. £70+ for the pleasure. If I had my time again I'd use elsewhere.

Hi Mark, I'm really sorry you feel this way. I've looked into the order and I can see you ordered our Platinum Car Mats. These are the thickest car mats that we offer. If you were to order this particular grade of carpet from an OEM manufacturer, you would pay in the region of £350 upwards. When you buy from carmats4u.com, you get the best quality but for a third of the price. I can see you also customised these with your own logo which also comes at a cost. The mats I ordered feel so very wafer thin. So, So disappointed as I was hoping for a much better quality. The ones I have feel like my feet will be thru them in no time.

If you were hoping for a thicker carpet, you would have needed to order the Luxury grade or Exclusive. Both were available at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, the mats don't fit very well, especially on the driver's side. I have to fold it in a bit just in case it interferes with the accelerator pedal. I bought them from this site as it says the mats fit Passat 2014-Present, unlike a few other sites that say 2015-Present, but I think the mats are not for 2014 model after all

The quality isn't as you'd expect, the caroet is not as thick as expected despite the free upgrade, the heel mat is coming away from the base carpet after only a week, not great and not cheap at £50+

Purchased a boot mat and liner with bumper protector. Firstly they emailed to say they had sent a cheaper alternative and will refund the difference due to inconvenience and then when the order arrived it was missing the boot carpet liner. (At least give me an option bed9re posting it out) This liner was posted quickly the next day but I am yet to relieve my refund for the difference which is now approaching 4 weeks when i was told 7 working days. Not the greatest experience this time round, even when leaving a review it asks how long did it take them to reply but the options go for from 6-12 hours to over a week when it was 1 working day each time.
