I hope 2 stars is unrepresentative but 2 weeks+ after placing the order I have had no news apart from the acknowledgment. I was beginning to be concerned about this when the email arrived requesting a review, so this is it. I live in hope that the mats will be better than the service!

I purchased the platinum carmats for my Alfa at a price of £89.00. While the carmats fitted as per the description, the quality and overall finish, I felt was not up to the standard for the price I paid. The plastic fixing came off and I had to re attach them. The stitching wasn't finished correctly and there wasn't any velcro fixings at the front of the mats.

Hi Ian, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the item you have received. If there are any faults with the item, then you should contact me directly as you will be covered under the 12 month manufacturing warranty. Usually, we send Velcro pads if they are required with the Car Mats (they're supplied separately inside the bag. If this is not the case, then please let me know as I will be more than happy to send more free of charge. Hi Steve, We're sorry to hear you feel the delivery time was slow. I've looked into the order and I can see we processed the order on the 22nd of April and the item was delivered on the 26th. As you ordered on the 19th after 4pm (friday) we weren't able to send the order to production until the 22nd which was the next working day. The delivery window you chose was 3-5 working day dispatch and a further 2-3 working days with the courier (total 8 working days). Looking at this, we actually delivered earlier than what we estimated (5 working days). Next time you order, if you do need the item sooner, maybe try one of our express services? We are grateful for your patience. We do make everything to order right here in the UK so it can take a little while. The liner doesn't fit properly, it's fouling the right hand cargo net, and there's the most unsightly, pointless lip to the front of it that faces you when you open the tailgate. All around, absolutely disappointed, wish I'd never bothered.

3-5 days delivery turned in to a lot more . I tried emailing support twice for information, but got zero in return. Sketchy service , Mats turned up eventually.

Order took longer to arrive and when mats came they did not fit car Emails take forever to be answered Still dont have a resolution so I am left with mats that do not fit

Ordered on 9th April, item had still not yet been dispatched 10 days later. Same generic email sent twice when requesting an update. No reply to messenger. Order finally arrived after 2 weeks. Do not promise if you cannot deliver. Won’t purchase from this company again.

First of all let me say I am impressed with the quality of the products rec'd. However when you order the car mats and boot liner on the 7th April and pay £2.99 for three to five day delivery you do not expect them to arrive on 20th April, 12 days later. I was not informed this was going to happen, in fact I phoned after 6 days, I was to call back in two days if I hadn't received them as delivery was taking slightly longer. Two days later I phoned to be told they were out of stock but the delivery had arrived and everything would sent out ASAP. At no stage did they offer to refund the delivery charge and I had to ask them to do this, which they did. This is very poor customer service.

Hi Rob, I'm really pleased to hear you're impressed with the products you have received. I am really sorry to hear of the delay however. I've looked into the order and I can see you ordered the Economy delivery which is 8 working days for delivery (5 days for dispatch and 3 days with the courier). I can see we dispatched the item on the 12th but the courier didn't scan the item until the 20th at midnight. We will investigate this with the courier as they should have delivered this by the 15th. Looking at the template, the Driver mat has two fixing locators which were installed with your Car Mats. Delivery was quite a bit longer than expected ordered on a Sunday and they came Friday not that week week after! And when I opened them up the driver side had a rubber bit on the side attached with their logo on which ruins the whole look of the mat, thankfully I managed to carefully cut off otherwise I wouldn’t have been happy at all!.

As we mentioned when you placed your order, the delivery time is an estimation so we may beat or exceed the time provided. Customer service is poor, paid express delivery after 1 week of no update i had to remind them, items finally received after 9 days. Requested refund of the postage and got sent £5 not even the fall amount. Matts received, they are nice and fitted but the boot matt is not a perfect fit.

Hey Danny, We're sorry to hear the items took longer than expected. Looking at the order, I can see from the internal tracking that there was a small delay due to a quality control issue. This was quickly rectified and the item was soon dispatched once we were happy it met our high standards. I can see you ordered our Estimated 1-3 Working Day dispatch but the items were in fact dispatched on the 4th day due to the QC issue. We're really pleased to hear you're happy with the Car Mats, that's great news! I can see you have mentioned there might be a small issue with the fitment of the Boot Mat. Mats not cut to correct shape. Very thin. No heel pad on drivers mat. Boot mat not square. Edge trim not cut straight. Lots of cotton ends had to be removed from stitching

Hi Andrew, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. I've looked into your order and I can see you've ordered Rubber Car Mats so these are not supplied with a Heel Pad. We show clearly within the product gallery images that the Drivers mat is clear of any Heel Pads. The reason for this is Rubber Car Mats are not usually supplied with them, by us, or by any other manufacturer. In regards to the fitment, providing you're vehicle registration matches the product you have ordered, then these mats should fit perfectly. If this is not the case, you should contact us immediately with any supporting photos to myself, along with your order number and I will investigate. The thickness of the Rubber Car Mats is of the industry standard, which is 3mm in thickness. These particular Car Mats are very durable and also incredibly easy to clean and maintain. Finally, if there are any defects with the product, you should make us aware immediately as you will be covered by the 12 month warranty that we provided you at the time of sale. Not happy with service or product. Ordered on 5 April but took 2 weeks to arrive. Mats are a poor fit in foot wells (Ford Ka 2nd gen) as too tight against floor plan/seat runners and drivers mat has no heel pad and provided with retainer holes but not needed as no studs in car. Suppose to be bespoke cut and so all these elements show it's not.

Good afternoon Mr Brace, I'm really sorry to hear you've not had the best experience. Firstly, I can see the item was dispatched from us within the estimated time frame but there were then delays with the courier. The courier received the item from us on the 11th but they failed to scan the order until later in the week. I really can't apologise for the delay in getting the item to you. Secondly, in regards to the fitting, would you mind sending us a photo of the issue you're having? The shape of the mats is exactly as Ford would supply you, in fact, we purchased the OEM mat shape from Ford back in 2009 when it was released. The fixing system we installed in the Drivers mat is as supplied by Ford and recommended due to safety reasons. We did provide you with a demonstration of the mat shape which also illustrates where the fixing system is installed. It might be worth sending us your vehicle registration when you contact us so we can check compatibility. Finally, you mentioned about the Heel Pad. I can see you ordered the entry level Carpet which is always supplied with a Heel Pad (no exceptions) as this particular carpet is not thick enough to not have one. The Matts are not in the condition I wanted them. And the customer service is really bad. I’ve tried talking and calling for so long and couldn’t get an answer about my order. Not trying to be rude but this is the truth!

I have had mats from this company before and were very pleased. So I ordered mats for our new car. After a couple of emails I eventually received them after 2 weeks. Even though I put in our car reg, make & Model they didn’t fit perfectly.

Hi Lesley, I'm sorry to hear of the delivery delay there. I can see the courier had lost your item in this case and once you have made us aware, we then replaced the item without any delay with an alternative courier. In regards to the fitment, can you give us some more information on the fitting issue? I can't see any emails highlighting the fitting issue so if you can send us any photos, we can then look into this for you straight away. I can see you ordered for the MG ZS Automatic. According to our notes, we don't have any previous fitting issues so hopefully this is something we can resolve easily. Unfortunately my experience has not been so good . After entering my reg and getting confirmation about make and model i picked my design. My mats took 2 weeks to arrive, and as much as i like the design they do not fit my car. Now have the hasdle of returning mats and starting again

When you entered your reg, we provided the following message to you: "Hmmm we might need more information. Manually locate your model easily by choosing product type: Tailored Car Mats or Tailored Boot Liners" Looking at your model, it appears you ordered the Cabriolet model which should be correct. Ordered the mats on 22 March.NO updates from the company at all. Eventually chased them by phone on 5 April to be told the mats we’re just being despatched.and they eventually arrived this afternoon ( 6 April)

Hi John, I'm really sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. I can see you ordered late in the evening on Friday the 22nd so the order was not processed until the next working day which was the following Monday, the 25th of March. Once processed, this began the production stage (we emailed you on the 22nd and 25th to confirm both that the order was confirmed and then had been sent to production). Looking at the delivery time, I see you chose the Economy delivery which takes an estimated 8 working days. As this is an estimation, we can either beat this or exceed it. However, please also have in mind, there was a 4 day bank holiday in between your order processed date and delivery date. Reviewing the tracking, I can see it was dispatched from ourselves and delivered to you on the 9th working day rather than the 8th. I understand the small delay is frustrating and we apologise we were one day late. When we emailed you at the time of placing the order, we explained there will be delays due to the bank holiday. We also explained these delays at the checkout within our shipping policy and on our contact us page. Thankfully, our delivery times are speeding up again now. If you do order with us again, why not call us to order instead and we'll upgrade your delivery to express next time. The mats are classed as luxury mats, but there is nothing luxury about them, they are just basic mats, so disappointed in the for price paid for them. Guys save your money

Hi Eddie, We're sorry you're not happy with the Luxury Car Mats. We usually receive really good feedback on these as customers see them as great value for money. However, if you're not happy, we can help. We do actually have much thicker Car Mats available as the Luxury range is only one level higher than our entry level Car Mats. You could exchange the Car Mats for our Exclusive Car Mats which are twice as thick or our Platinum Car Mats which 3 times thicker.
