“You sent the wrong boot liner awaiting a response from your sales people”

“BMW X3 2019 Deluxe mats - Good quality, although, the fit is not great. Driver’s mat is too tight on one corner and there is a lot of space in the footwell that is not covered by the mat. Front passenger mat fit is okay. Rear passenger mat fit is not great either, I would have liked them to extend under the front seats a little more. BMW X3 2019 Boot carpet and boot lip protector - Boot carpet does not fit, the cutouts for the load securing eyes are in the wrong place. The area where it extends into the right cubbyhole is also cut wrong. One part of the trim has been sewn badly. The quality is not as good as the car mats. The rubber boot lip protector is excellent in quality and design.”

“I ordered the mats specific to the car but they're a bad fit. So double checked I'd ordered the right ones and I had. The passenger side mat was too big and the driver's side seems small. The 2 rear mats were also too small. In fact, no better than the universal mats I had before. Luckily I didn't order the more expensive ones. I couldn't be bothered contacting Carmats 4 U and going through any returns hassle.”

“Disappointed. I order a boot cover for our BMW X3 and it was delivered in a poor state. It was folded in appalling fashion, of which has left the mat rendered useless, as the corners are folded in so far that the mat doesn’t fit straight. Let alone the poor quality of product for the price paid. I wrote an email to the company straight away, of which i still haven’t received a reply to. I will not be using this company again.”

“They seem like ok quality but the drivers one didn't fit properly which means theres a slight bend in the mat at all times and it doesn't lie flat. Shame as I'd put in my reg details etc, was supposed to be tailor made to fit my car”

“I bought Mats 1 month ago and already the drivers mat is starting to crease and get on the way of the pedals. Initially they did look like good quality but I have since changed my mind.”

“Delivery was very good. But car mat had been squashed in transit, a bit dissatisfied with the quality of the boot mat very light and plastic not what I was expecting. I was going to buy some car mats as well but this has put me off buying from carmats4u.”

“Service wise I would say I didn't encounter any issues however I was disappointed about the quality of the product. I oderd BMw car mats and for the money they are not much different from the ones available in the pound shops. The stitching of the edges were well done but the actual quality of the mat is poor, paper thin and certainly not worth the money. It's a Shame I need to pay for return of thus item..woukd have been happy with some money back but that want offered.”

“Ordered a Tesla model 3 car mat. Listed as 2019+. When it arrived was the wrong mat. Subsequently advised only do the heat pump variant. Asked to create a template and send it in and they would make one. With respect shouldn't their designer visit a Tesla Showroom and do it themselves? Now have the hassle of returning to an Elvi pickup centre for an eventual refund. Disappointing!”
