Delivery took 3 weeks, not the quoted 3-5 days. The car mats curl up at the edges and do not sit flush to the floor (especially the drivers side). They supplied velcro stickers to apply to the underside of the mats (supplied enough for one set of mats when I ordered two sets) - these do not stick to the mats. Therefore I am left with a mat that curls at the edge and moves every time I get in/out of the car. Waste of money - wish I had originally bought OEM BMW mats again, which I have had to do now.

Very poor service! Express 3 day delivery took 2 weeks. Contacted multiple times with a promise of a call back with an update, no such call back. Ended up emailing and still only getting a vague update, only after threatening to report my transaction as fraudulant to my card company. Not a company I would recommend spending your money with unless you particularly enjoy living in hope you have not been scammed. Product once arrived seems to be of decent quality but time and use will tell.

Still have not received my car mats over two weeks now and still no sign of them. Each time I phone I get mixed messages saying why it’s delayed etc etc. Will not be using them again.

Very disappointed, one of the mats did not fit properly so I returned them as their customer service was unhelpful. It took them 10 days after receiving the mats back to make the refund after chasing them twice. I would not recommend this firm.

Good morning Michael, I'm sorry to hear there was a fitting issue with the your order. I can see once you had provided evidence that we offered to send a prepaid label immediately. We also confirmed that we were happy to send a free replacement. Looking at the photos you have provided, I can't see that a vehicle reg was provided at the time. Is there a possibility that you have the Volante model? If you want to, you can send me a direct email and I'll be able to discuss this further with you. If you have the Volante model, we can send the correct fitting mats to you. The Volante is different in shape to the non Volante as ordered. Hi Clare, I've looked into your order and I can see we dispatched the item but there was no scan from the courier upon collection. We dispatched the item 4 days after the item was purchased. I can see we refunded you but you for the order. I'm really sorry it never made it to you. If you had raised this through our support email address, we would have sent a replacement to you on urgent. Sadly, we're only aware of items becoming lost when the customer makes us aware of this. Still waiting, 15 days since order placed, when I rang for update I was told that it was really busy,, still waiting, on holiday in 2 days so will now probably miss the delivery, had I known would never of ordered, 3-5 days to complete order and 2-3 days delivery,, would not recommend

Can't believe they have asked me to do a review. Ordered product 15 days ago just had another email from customer services stating they still haven't started on the order. Perhaps its a joke for them but I am getting increasingly annoyed and about to cancel the order. Probably just unlucky but would definitely urge you to avoid and go elsewhere

Another 1 star review to add to the list i have seen on here Ordered my mats on 8th April, no update in the meantime from the company, until i had to e-mail on 21st April chasing up where they were only to be told what seems to be the usual response "we are experiencing higher than usual demand" It says when you order 3-5 working days yet it has now been 11 "working" days and 15 days in total. Don't advertise on your media platforms that it will be 3-5 working days, and charge customers nearly £3 for delivery, when you are aware of the orders you have and the fact that you will not be able to fulfil those orders as you advertise on your website Nothing is more infuriating than poor customer service especially when we as the customer are paying for delivery Will not be using this car mat company again

Hi Darren, I'm really sorry to hear about the delay in getting this order to you. Sadly, we're not aware of delays with the courier or if the courier hasn't delivered the item until you inform us. According to our internal tracking, the items had already been dispatched and we were then waiting for the EVRI tracking to update. The reason EVRI states they are awaiting the order is due to them failing to scan the parcel upon collection from our premises. This can sometimes happen if the items label becomes damage, or there is a sorting issue at the depot. I can see the order was placed on our Economy Service which is 3-5 working day dispatch and then a 2-3 day courier service which in total is 8 working days. To speed up the replacement, we will place this onto URGENT for you and upgrade the shipping label too. I will be in touch later today to confirm the replacement is on its way. Ordered my mats on the 7th of April. No update from company. I've called numerous times to be told I will get a call back to not hear anything from company. I eventually got told that my order has been sent out and lost by evri. However evri have stated they never recieved order.. so now today after my 9th call to the company they are going to send my order to the production line .. really disappointed as the website states 3/4 to evri order!.

I made the order on 6th April and its now 21st April and still haven't received the mats, you should have to pay for postage and wait so long for delivery

Good coms with the company but be warned the fit isn't perfect in-fact quite poor. They will except returns but at your own cost & your inconvieanice,so most people wont. So for a perfect fit pay the extra & purchase genuine from your cars manufacture. My advice is pay a little extra & purchase Genuine. It will save hassles in the long run.

Looking at the order, I can see you've ordered one of our best sellers, so providing you are fitting this to the correct level of the boot as ordered, this should fit perfectly. I understand that they are busy and this could affect us, the costumers but it’s not our fault and we all wants our orders in time. Third week I’m waiting for my mats and still nothing. Cancellation of my order and refund has been required, nothing by their side. Thanks anyway.

Wasn't expecting it to be plastic. It also doesn't fit my boot. The ridge around the back is too far forward so it makes my boot space smaller. I have a wheelchair I have to put in the boot so need all the space I can get.

Hi Sam, I'm sorry to hear this. I can see you purchased the Plastic PVC Boot Liner Tray with a 2inch lip. This item, I'm afraid, is described as a PVC material which is flexible enough to be rolled or folded. It's also our hardest wearing with up to 10 years lifespan. We do show lots of closeups in the gallery which do show this item to have a lip around the edge but don't worry, we can exchange this for you. If you're looking for something without a lip, you can exchange the item for a Tailored Rubber Boot Mat instead. Probably one of the most disappointing purchases I can remember buying. I thought it was going to be something premium and quality that would really set off the car. The carpet was as thin as I've ever seen and the rubber heal pad beneath the pedals is too far back from where you heals rest when using the pedals. My wife came back from Aldi with a set for £5 of equal quality!!

Hi James, I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with your Car Mats. In regards to your purchase, you ordered the Standard Entry Level Carpet with a Leatherette Trim and Rubber Heel Pad. The Carpet was as described, 1580g per m2, which is our lightest Carpet pile. We do offer Carpets which are 3 or 4 times thicker but there's are supplied at a more premium price. Our Heel Pads are located in the same generic position (close to the pedals), but if this was not suitable for yourself, then you should contact us so we can help. We do also offer exchanges for other items if you were looking for something thicker? As long as the item is in the same new condition, then this would never be an issue. Absolutely shocking service it took 3 phone calls and 11 days to finally dispatch my order and when it come the "Genuine fixings" were missing. I had to wait for a second delivery and the fixings I had to cut and make my self out of a strip of velcro they sent me. Absolute shambles I wish I could just get my money back as I'm very unhappy with the service and product. I'd of been better with some £14.99 ebay specials

Good mornign James, Thank you for the feedback although I'm really saddened to hear you're not happy with the product or service. In regards to the delivery first, I can see you chose the Economy Delivery which is an estimated 8 working day delivery (approx 5 working days dispatch and 3 days with the courier), according to the couriers tracking I can see it was delivered on the 9th working day. I do apologise for the delay there. This is due to the order being placed in peak season. We explain thoroughly on our website, at the checkout, on our shipping page and within our shipping policy that economy deliveries during March can take an estimated 8 working days. We estimate rather than provide an exact date, just in case we either beat the window or exceed. We explained this in our confirmation email to you when you placed your order too. The good news is, peak season is nearly over, so our dispatch times and deliveries will return to an average of 3-5 working days in total. Now, lets take a look at the fixing system issue. I can see you have a BMW 3 Series, where the fixing system as standard is Velcro. You should have received Velcro Pads with your mats, not strips? These are then positioned to line up with your original fixings in the vehicle. If there is an issue with the fixings, please contact me directly so we can investigate and resolve this for you. Despite paying for the more expensive water proof mats I feel the product is poor quality and fit of the rear mats is not good. Specifically the material feels similar to a foam camping/ yoga mat and not sure it will last. Rear mats are small and don’t cover the carpet well. Need to be bigger. That may not be true of other vehicles. Fit in the front was good. In summary I would not buy this product again.

Hi Russ, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the EVA Car Mats. These are designed to be very lighweight and the material is designed to be a competitor to any Rubber based product. I actually have these in my car and have used these for over a year and they are still to show any signs of wear. The product is much thicker and far more durable compared to Rubber also. In regards to size, these are exactly the same shape and size of the OEM genuine mats so fitting should not be an issue. I ordered new mats for my car but there was a delay in sending them out and it took over two weeks for them to arrive. When they did I found that the fit terrible and the the quality really poor. I'm sending them back for a refund, but guess what... I have to pay for returns.
