My order was initially delayed, however when I enquired the matter was dealt with swiftly and the mats arrived soon after. The quality and fit were excellent and I would certainly recommend and re-order in future

Would give 5 stars but company uses Evri to deliver. Delivered to the roadside next to the wheelie bins as usual unlike every other courier who deliver too the door

We do offer Evri and DPD at the checkout in case you wanted a different courier next time? Everything went wrong : you sent the wrong mat and left out the boot protector. I then returned the incorrect mat and you sent the correct one. I've now had notification you are sending the correct mat again ! I've had to constantly 'phone you since my order was placed - completely useless. I will never use you again or recommend you to anyone.

premium ones lasted about a year. Now has a big hole where your heel rests and thats with just normal usage.

my VW Taigo driver mat is way to short, should be up the foot well buy falls under the pedals!

Hi Guy! We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the fit of your car mats. Looking at the order, I can see you ordered the Taigo car mats. To confirm, the mat shape is based on the OEM genuine mat set, so the mats you receive from us are based exactly on the originals. If Volkswagen has tailored the mats to not go under the pedals, this will be due to safety concerns. We don't create the shape, Volkswagen or any other manufacturer create this based on what they feel is safe and appropriate. We tend not to alter the OEM shape as this could be an issue further down the line, especially if the mat interferes with the pedals whilst you are driving. 2 weeks on 3 phone calls still not received mats. Customer service said its on the trim machine the last stage over 1 week ago called again they said within 3 days. Still no mats. Do not use.

Hi Ben, I do apologise for the delay in getting the item to you. I can see my colleague did push your order through and the item is with the courier. Took 2 weeks to arrive & didn’t fit still waiting 5 days on for customer service to tell me how they will resolve this issue so have now emailed asking for free returns label & full refund

Hi Chris, We have already responded to yourself with the following: Yesterday at 12:55 PM Forward Print Hi Chris, "Thank you for contacting us. I am very sorry to see this. I have looked into this and I can see that the one that has been ordered is for the 2013-2015 model. I am going to send you a paper template for you to test the fit before actioning a replacement for you. I am very sorry about this and any inconvenience caused." Once the paper template arrives, we can then issue for the replacement to be sent to you as promised. Please keep an eye out for the template arriving and once it does, let us know straight away. As explained in our email, you have ordered for the previous generation 2013-2015 and you have the 2021 so prior to sending the replacement, we're sending a paper form of the later generation, just so we can confirm all is OK before issuing. Purchased boot liner for 2019 Civic. Liner material, price, delivery etc all fine, but when in boot, it stopped short of rear seats by about 200mm. Basically it was the wrong size. Spoke to very helpful lady who asked for photos and then came back to me and said the liner I had been sent was the correct one, and was supposed to be that size because the boot floor wasn’t flat?? Seems a bit odd to me, but making do with it as it does the job for the part of the boot it does cover.

The 200mm that you are mentioning is a slanted raised area so it is not designed to cover this as it would look untidy and not have the bespoke look that your product currently has. Order was significantly delayed - there was no communication to manage expectations - I had to initiate the communication. Have ordered several sets of mats before and have been happy with the product. The latest order unfortunately not sufficient quality - and have already discarded. Have not ruled out using products in the future - but will be more careful - especially as I had selected the premium version.

Hi, I am sorry that your order was not what you expected. As per the description of the item you purchased it states the tray is made out of PVC plastic. Not very happy with my experience of carmats 4u because of a lack of communication on your ordering process. When I ordered on a Wednesday I was offered next day delivery for which I was charged £ 10 . Obviously because I had ordered personalised mats I expected to receive my order on the Friday and because I work full time I set the delivery as my work address. Dpd then sent me a message to say they would deliver on Saturday so that meant I had to drive to my place of work on my day off. Had this been communicated properly on your ordering page eg why offer next day when you can't fulfill it then maybe this review might of been more complimentary. But as the whole experience was a bit of a joke you only get 1 star.

Paid over £60 for some mats for a BMW X2 .I was sent about 1/2 inch stick on Velcro to fit 2 mats . They now sliding all over the front of the car which is dangerous when driving . I wouldn’t buy any more .

I order mats to specified car and it doesn't fot to my car They ask me for number plates to verify and they send me something which doesn't work. And to return the product is not worth it to.much problem they created
