“Ordered a set of mats from another UK company for my e85 Z4. They arrived quicker than expected for tailored fit and the quality showed why. After airing my disappointment, the order was returned. Ordered from carmats4u after recommendation from a friend and cannot believe the difference. OK, pay your money and get what you want. Both times I paid a lot of money for 2 (two) mats but would definitely recommend carmats4u.”

“My 2nd set of mats from this company. This set were a different rubber than the one I ordered as they had run out of their usual supply. Mats are ok but don't look as nice.”

“The mats would a good fit and a reasonable finish to them. However, I'm somewhat dissapointed with placing of the rubber heel mat. It's so far forward on the mat it sits behind the pedals and my heels barely touch it whilst driving. Which negates the point of it.”

“Items delivered quicker than expected, even before the shipper sent an update to say they’d received it. Otherwise, not fantastic quality, but wasn’t expecting it to be. The supplied “manufacturer” anti slip devices for locking the mats down turned out to be sticky back furry dude Velcro discs, which do nothing if you don’t have the original pegs with the sticky side Velcro to attach to. MIT a full solution therefore. Fast delivery , but don’t expect great quality.”

“So sorry to have to leave this review. The product is great but I paid £10 for next day delivery “Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Time - DPD Next Working Day Delivery (Approx 1 to 2 Working Days - Order Before 1pm Mon-Fri)”. But it took five days and we had already left on holiday.”

“The mats are great quality in terms of materials, the right shape and arrived quickly; but on two of them the holes to clip onto the clips in the car are about an inch out of alignment on the front mats, so they can only be attached on one side.”

“Bit of a wait due to problems in the factory but well worth waiting mats arrived today perfect fit was sent paper templates to make sure of that. Went for the top of the range mats and they complement my Range Rover extremely well.As always you get what you pay for. Well chuffed . Many thanks”

“Delivery was late, when I phoned to enquire what was wrong someone said a machine had broken down and they would chase it and ring me back, no one rang . Following day same promise no one rang. Following day I was told they were being packed. Two days later they finally arrived. Decent fit , quality not as good as I thought they'd be as I paid extra for the superior ones. Think I would use a different company next time.”

Hi Ray, I'm so sorry there was a delay in getting the item to you. You're absolutely right, we did have a machine breakdown which has caused a small delay. This has now been resolved and we're working through the back logs. I will take a look at the call logs when our offices open on Monday, but call backs are usually made within 24 hours of the request. I do sincerely apologise if we missed the 24 hour slot. Looking at the times, we should have still remained within this window. I'm pleased to hear the mats arrived. In regards to the finish of the product, I can see you've ordered the next step up from standard. We actually offer carpets which are more than twice as thick as the ones you've ordered. “Mats themselves are great but they took 10 days to come when delivery said 3 to 5 days. I called to ask where they were as Id had no correspondence to say they were delayed, to be told they are very busy and had a back log. Had I not called, I wouldn't have been informed. I ordered from this company because I needed the in the time frame they advertised, if they couldn't have made the date promised, they should have said and I would have ordered elsewhere. bad customer service.”
