Hi! We're sorry to hear there was a delay with your order. It appears a number of customers were affected with a collection misroute so I really can't apologise enough for the delay. Our usual delivery times for Economy deliveries are 8 working days but it appears a number of customers whom orders were collected from us on the 15th of April were misrouted which caused delays within the couriers networks. Product is okay, I’m not sure that it’s worth the 13 days it took to deliver in the end. Website says dispatch in 5-7 days, when I phoned the call centre they said this meant that it would be made in the 5/7 days, and then it will be collected by the courier between 7-10 days.. allow then. Further two days for delivery, and it was still late.

Good quality and looks smart. It fits well except it does not cover the sloping felt at the back of the floor when lowered floor used although ordered for lower floor position. Marked down because of size and delay in delivery.

The front mats fit perfectly, the rear mats however are too big and look like they are made for another model .. not sure what's happened as I put in my reg , the quality is great though

Hi Julie, Thanks for reaching out. In regards to the fitting of the rear mats, these have to be fitted exactly as displayed within the actual mat shape preview on the website. With all Corsa's, there's an exact rotation that they need to fit in. Please visit the link below and then place the rear mats into the rear floor wells as displayed. Great quality Mats. However took 3 stars as it took over a week to arrive. Perhaps due to time of order in April but next day delivery wasnt met and was expected. Also no option to cover middle part of the back floor on the website...

Hi Hope, I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied. Looking at the order, you're absolutely right. The order placed placed just before the bank holiday and the delivery option you chose was Economy delivery (3-5 working days dispatch and 2-3 working days with the courier, total 8 working days). I can see we delivered the item on the 7th working day for you which was within our estimate. In regards to the middle section, this would not match the OEM genuine mat shape so sadly, it's not something we offer as standard. However, you can supply a paper template of the area and we could make a custom rear mat just for you? I ordered some floor mats for my new car and the website itself was very easy to navigate and purchase the item although getting the actual item itself was not so easy. I completely understand that they were ordered over the Easter period which I knew that the item would take longer than expected but I didn’t expect the delay to be 2 weeks, I emailed support and the reply back was very blunt and to sum it up was ‘the shipping said there would be a delay, keep checking the tracking number’ not a helpful response at all. It’s a shame as all the other reviews on here are so great, but paying for delivery and still not receiving it 2 weeks later is crazy! Very let down with the support contact unfortunately

I purchased two sets of mats from Carmats4u. The first arrived within a week, where I realised I had ordered a colour that wasn't quite a match. I used them anyway and they will be a spare set. Moving on, I went back to the website and ordered the correct coloured mats. I can't comment on them as they are still undelivered by Evri. Typical excuses and now a week overdue from delivery date outlined. If I ever get them I will leave a comment. The first set of mats are great despite the wrong colour but as that was my mistake I didn't even try to return them, just kept them as spare. Carmats4u seem a good vendor but choose a poor delivery scheme with Evri who are known for their poor reputation.

Not what I expected. The quality and fittings not as expected. It does not cover the whole area of the floor of the front and back. Passenger area at the back the space of the flooring has been left out as it's not wide enough being tailored fitting this was not expected. The thickness is not that good and the look is not great compared to what you are paying for. Would be looking for better options somewhere else.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the item. To confirm, these mats should fit perfectly as we actually supply MG with this template, so you shouldn't have any fitting issues. Providing you have ordered for the correct model and we've supplied the correct shape, then all should be OK. Mats are great quality, however, the two button like attachments on the driver side mat, that is used to secure mat to floor of vehicle were not properly fitted and fell off leaving 2 holes. Despite the poor workmanship, and after making the holes and securing attachments myself the mats now look very nice in vehicle.

Mats took a little longer to arrive than notified & I wasn't kept informed about delivery times so had to ring to check what was happening. Easter did fall during this period so understandable there was a delay but should have let me know. Mats are decent quality and well finished with the coloured edging true to website example. Disappointed that the front passenger mat holes are too close together so I have a small bump in the mat to get them to fit, and the driver mat is a short mat that doesn't fit under the pedals - had I realised this I probably would have looked for something different. Would love to have given a better mark, but this is a true reflection of my experience.

Hi Marie, We're sorry you're not happy with the Car Mats. I can see you've ordered our entry level Carpet which is only 1580g per m2. We do actually offer much thicker Car Mats, in fact, some of our Carpets and 5 x times thicker than what you have ordered. In regards to the artwork you've ordered (ICON). This is a high resolution print as there's a Carbon Fibre effect background which can't be embroidered / stitched. The Print is high quality and will last, that we can assure you. Tiguan boot liner; not quite the right shape but it will do the job. Plastic is more shiny and slippy than the liner i had for my previous car so I guess I should have got the carpet inner. Ordering process easy and efficient.

Hey! We're sorry to hear you're not 100% satisfied with the item. The Tiguan does actually have a number of variations so it might be possible that you require an alternative? The PVC material is Plastic based which explain why the finish is shiny, however, as you've mentioned, we do offer a tailored carpet insert which does act as an anti-slip surface. If you would prefer to exchange your item for a Rubber based mat, you can get in touch with us? We can also give guidance on what Boot Liner may fit better? After reading such wonderful reviews I have been left feeling very disappointed with my purchase. The boot liner came folded in 2 places so this means it doesn't sit flat at the moment. It is also slightly wide which means the edge curls up ever so slightly, the gap for lifting the upper boot is now covered by the mat making the lower boot hard to access and the colour is a lot lighter in real life than on the website so it doesn't even look that great.I won't return as it is only a boot mat after all and it will do the job fine, but did expect better from a custom item.

The Boot Mat you ordered has been supplied in our entry level Carpet which means it will take little time to settle as the carpet is less in weight. The Boot Mat will over the next few days, slowly settle into position so please don't worry about this. The Carpet is designed to cover the full boot area and will sadly cover anything that is underneath. Of course, we understand that the colour might not be exactly as we show on the website. This will be due to the contrast settings on your monitor. Sadly, we're not able to provide an exact colour match and our contrast settings will differ to yours. I was expecting the single (very small) boot liner to be delivered faster than it was. The order was acknowledged on the morning of day 1 and the confirmation email suggested it was going into production straight away. I didn't receive the finished item until the afternoon of day 10 (these are working days, not including weekends). The courier managed an overnight delivery but didn't receive the item until 5:00pm on day 9, according to their email to me. There were no individual logos or special additions apart from a border fabric. The quality of the item is reasonable, but it is relatively thin compared with other similar mats/liners I have sourced from other companies, despite the fact that I opted for the upgraded version. I'm afraid it's a 2 to 3 star review from my point of view.

I am very happy with the quality and fit of the mats though the rears could protrude further under the front seats. Carmats4U let themselves down by implying a short dispatch time and so I became very disappointed when they took longer to be sent. I felt I would have been more satisfied if a more realistic dispatch time had been stated at the outset. Carmats4U responded very quickly when I contacted them but I felt their response had probably been copied and pasted to many others. However I am pleased with the product with its grey and blue trim.

Received bootliner and car mats, not overly impressed with the quality for the money, however the bootliner is all bent out of shape due to the way it was rolled and packaged in just a plastic bag.

Hi Lynsey, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. We describe our items as being flexible enough to be rolled and folded due to the material. We roll these for delivery but provide instructions inside the package explaining that all you need to do is lay the boot liner down in a warm room for 24 hours and the shape will return :) If this is not the case, please let us know via email to support@carmats4u.com with your order number and we will be more than happy to help. Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. In regards to delivery, we provided an estimate at the time of making the order which was 8 working days (3-5 day dispatch and 2-3 day courier). I can see the order was delivered on the 10th working day, please accept my apologies for the delay in getting the mats to you. We always try to ensure that all orders leave us and get to the customer on time, however sometimes we need a little bit longer to manufacture the perfect set of mats for you and I am sorry you weren't notified of this.
