“good quality mats, perfect fit, and speedy delivery”

“Delivery was as expected with no problem. If I'm honest I was disappointed when the boot cover arrived. It's a plastic cover that goes over the mat. It's seemed thin and not robust. It fits well and is working as it should. Just not sure how robust it will be moving forward. Only time will tell.”

“Great website and easy selection based on registration. Delivery took roughly 2 weeks ( however part was over bank holiday) Went with standard option , Very happy with Quality and fit for my A3 Cannot give 5 star at present as would like to see how they wear first , But definitely 4.5 so far. - Look very good with coloured edging and assume will have a long life.”

“Early days, but our (VW Golf Mk7) mat(s) (superior quality, dark grey/ black trim with optional bumblebee yellow interior stitching) and boot protector set seem like a high quality product. Taking the optional stitch colouring felt a bit 'gimmicky' at time of purchase but actually it looks great and complements the colour and style of our new (used) car in a way that really gives that 'added value' feeling. I have seen other reviews describing lots of 'purchase to delivery' updates by email. That wasn't our experience and I had to call twice to chase late delivery (we paid for faster delivery which didn't happen as sold, sadly), but the UK based staff were very courteous, informed and professional in how they dealt with it. The customer emails could be easier to understand (the email confirmation order reads like a straight paste from the back-end of the ordering system -- do we need all the text saying ' choose variation' .. 'add personalised text?' in out order summary email? Could be cleaner from a comms point of view, but that's my line of work so perhaps it doesn't bother or confuse everyone quite so much - whilst this might sound a bit nit-picky, it actually added to my confusion as I hadn't realised straightaway from looking at the email that we'd bought a sill protector and couldn't immediately figure out what one of the items in the package was for). Although we thought it sounded 'uber naff' at the time - the indoor mats look so good with the optional yellow stitching we now wish we'd added the personalised text option ("Vinny" VW) as it probably would have looked as good as the stitching in hindsight. Not by any means an isolationist, but it's actually nice to be able to buy a high quality, home grown product for a change - so thanks for making that possible.”

“Lovely value car mats, fit my Mini Cooper perfectly went for orange trim to tone with my bronze mini and they look fab, although they took quite a while to come I was in no rush and more than satisfied when they did arrive”

“The car mat which I ordered and received was a great fit for the car boot. The delivery was quick, on time and as specified. I had a rubber mat in a previous car . The new one is heavy molded plastic . It will be adequate for the purpose and I consider it to be value for money.”

“Second, or possibly third, time I've ordered from Carmats4U. Ordering process was relatively simple although an easy to read comparison chart between the various offerings would have been useful. I think I should have ordered the higher quality mats but prices do seem to have increased significantly since last order and maybe I was a bit of a cheapskate. that said, the mats fit perfectly and look good. I'll use again if/when I change my car.”
