Ordered a liner for my car 10 days ago and still not received Not overly impressed

Hello Andrew, I'm ever so sorry about this, we did open a case with the courier just before the bank holiday for you. Unfortunately, there has been no update since then so for that reason, we are more than happy to send you a replacement on URGENT with an alternative courier. If this is OK, please reply to the email we have sent you ASAP. We always do our very best to ensure our customers are happy with the overall service they receive from us and our delivery partners. Rear boot protector was said to fit saloon. The one I was sent does not fit correctly, looks like it's more suited to fit an estate car. Little bit disappointed.

Thought mats would be thicker, I paid extra for them to be thicker so standard mats must be really thin. I paid extra for white double stitched edge and it was missing on some edges. I contacted them and they immediately offered a 15% refund or send them back. I took discount option as just can't be bothered of the hassle of having to return stuff. Items should be quality checked or customers just won't come back, hence 2 stars.

Promissed delivery dates were not followed - product arriving with almost 1 week of delay. I purchased the fabric mats for my BMW 5 Series which are good quality- however the rubber boot mat has an absolutely nasty and strong smell. Tried already to wash it 3x, leave it in the sun but the smell just wont go away. Returning it as it is impossible to have such rubber smell inside my new car.

Well priced, but poor fitment and the colour of received mat is different to what is shown online. Emailed seller but had no reply.

Whilst carpet quality is very good and general contour is fine. I’m afraid I had to get my son to push installation holes on to car fittings which are very tight. I am an avid valleter who likes to clean my car weekly. These mats could prove a stumbling point for me. I have purchased from you previously and always enjoyed your product. Best Regards Bill Dillon

Bought a boot liner from Carmats 4U, it arrive reasonably quickly which was good In the end I needed to return them as I required different mats/liner for a different vehicle. I had not even opened the packaging at all and it was a standard order...no customisation at all. No where on the website does it give the option for returning...it is advertised how good they are at accepting 60 day returns but it is actually a lot of effort to do the return. You have to get in touch via email, I asked to do an exchange of items for the new mats, I was told it would be quicker for me to do a return then order then place a new order....which was not at all helpful. I was told that however, I return the items...I would have to pay for the return postage which cost £7.99 Very frustrating.

Good communication, products arrived earlier than promised,mercedes boot liner still not sitting right due to being rolled up and raised lip along just inside boot still kinked and not fitting properly.

I am ever so sorry to hear this as unfortunately, due to the size of the boot liners, the couriers do not accept them when we send them flat and found that the best way of sending them is rolled up as the warmth does allow them to flatten out. Went for the deluxe rubber option which seem okay in terms of quality although quite thin. The downside is they absolutely stink, I've had them outside for a few days then transferred them to the car but had to take them out again as the smell is too overwhelming (it's a VW Polo), will keep them in the shed till they've calmed down a bit, looking forward to using them in the future. I ordered some branded ones for the Ford and they're on another level (they were £12 more expensive though and on a deal...)

Disappointed with my bootliner for my seat Ibiza it was the one recommended for my car it is too small, the quality is not that good, definitely not worth the price, I will not be recommending them

The mats arrived in good time however the quality was not as good as expected. I thought the mats would have been thicker and heavier and the boot tray feels very cheap and plastic.

My order was placed back in mid February for a birthday present at the beginning of Marchand a few days later I received an email stating that my order was in production. When I rang to find out about my order approx a week later, I was informed that it wasn't in production, it was Carmats4u system stating that the order was being processed and not even in production. I was assured that I should hopefully receive my order asap. The day after I received an email stating that the trim colour combination I had ordered was not available for another 2-3 weeks. I rang Carmats4U and agreed to change the trim so I could get my order on a next day delivery service, which I did. The car mats are good, but I am disappointed of the length of time taken. I will think twice in future about ordering from Carmats4U.

Put my number plate in selected the boot guard that came up. Didnt fit my car. Contacted customer service who said that it shows on the website not for the model of my car. I was offered a refund if i returned the item (presumably at my expense) but as its already been used cant get a refund. Its actually quite a good boot protector, seems decent quality, just wish it fitted properly!

Quality ok, but supplied 2 r/h rear mats instead of left and right, shame but I’ll put up with it ,I’ll try somebody else next time.

Boot liner was poor quality and plastic but was cheap. The luxury car mats were expensive but were a good average at best.

The mats I bought for the interior of the car were okay. They didn’t have a tight fit with a raised ledge around the edge and perhaps a binding round would have been a good idea. The boot liner was very plastic not like a rubber one we had in our previous car. Because we lowered the shelf in the boot it didn’t fit along the back and we ended up trimming it to fit in the back corners. I ended up ordering inadvertently a guard for the bumper , not your fault but that was good quality.

Although website stated the car boot liner would fit my car, even after entering my registration, it doesn’t fit. Can I be bothered sending it back? I’ll probably trim it to try and make it fit a bit better, not ideal and very disappointing.
