I am ever so sorry to hear of this delay with your order, I can see that your parcel sadly, did arrive one day out of the estimated arrival time due to a delay with the courier at the sorting depot. 95% of our parcels do arrive on time with no issues however, occasionally a small number of our parcels do experience delays and I am ever so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Service wise I would say I didn't encounter any issues however I was disappointed about the quality of the product. I oderd BMw car mats and for the money they are not much different from the ones available in the pound shops. The stitching of the edges were well done but the actual quality of the mat is poor, paper thin and certainly not worth the money. It's a Shame I need to pay for return of thus item..woukd have been happy with some money back but that want offered.

Ordered a Tesla model 3 car mat. Listed as 2019+. When it arrived was the wrong mat. Subsequently advised only do the heat pump variant. Asked to create a template and send it in and they would make one. With respect shouldn't their designer visit a Tesla Showroom and do it themselves? Now have the hassle of returning to an Elvi pickup centre for an eventual refund. Disappointing!

Mats are nice but they came 2 -3 days late and that was after I had paid extra for next day. No communication about a refund or any real apology. Just expected more with regards to service since you are affiliated with the company I have leased my car from.

Have dealt with this company previously and been happy with my purchases. However, on this occasion, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the mats and also the fixings for the driver's mat were missing. I returned them and the issue was dealt with efficiently by customer services and I received a refund a few days later.

I decided to purchase car mats from yourselves as the reviews were good however, once I placed my order, I was emailed to say I couldn’t have the writing I requested due to copyright which I understand. After a few days and deciding what to have I was then informed the carpet quality was out of stock and would have a call when back in, this did not happen until I rang you then to be told that it was on the way still not received after 4 days. Again another phone to ask where my mats were and told it was lost in transit and another set were on the way. To be honest I was not impressed with the service I had

Mats Made of then materials products i choice red colour and it was printed on only driver/ side nothings in the other 3 mats. Delivery was 3 days late.

Hi Wael, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your mats, I can see that you did select to have a red heel pad and this was included on the driver's mat as required. We do state on our website that the heel pad is only included on the driver's mat as this is where the mats will take the most wear and tear. I can see that due to the time your order was placed, this order would not have entered production until the following Monday after the weekend and I can also see that this order was delivered to you within 4 working days. it's been a bit of a saga. The initial ad suggested I wasable to get bespoke car mats for a 2008 IS 250 straightforwardly. i was contacted by the company to tell me they did not have the pattern available but would send a template. I received this and found that the templates were very approximately the right size. Not really what I was expecting for the best part of £90. I contacted the company and explalained my concerns. They then sent me another set of templates apparently taken from an IS 250. If it was, then the car was a different shape from mine! Three of the four templates were nearly right, but the driver's mat was too long and the locator hook holes were in completely the wrong place. I ended up redrawing the template and sending it back to the company. Now I am waiting for them to be made.

I can see that you have spent a lot of money which is why we do send out paper templates so that you have a fully bespoke service and you know your mats are going to be a great fitment. If we had produced the mats with the original template, these would not have fitted. We do want you to have some mats that are going to be a perfect fit in your vehicle so that you are not disappointed which is the reasoning behind this process that we go through. Ordered the car mats for my partner's birthday. There was a communication error where we did not receive an email telling us we could not have what we ordered. Carmats4U said they would provide a speedy resolution but didn't keep to their word We have got the mats now, but not an easy process and disappointed they did not do what they said or agreed. Contrasting colour thread is a waste of money and does not appear as per the images on the website. The stitching is so tiny, the contrasting colour is invisible.

I ordered a set of black mats with grey edging for my Mitsubishi Outlander, I selected the premium range. What arrived was grey coloured mats. Contacted Carmats4U they were of no help at all saying that was all that was available. Although the fit is good they show ever mark against the cars black carpeting.

Unfortunately, we do only offer Black Rubber, so I'm surprised to hear that they appear Grey. I really do want to try and resolve any issues for you. We do our best to accurately describe and preview our Car Mats with as many images and details within the product description. Of course, if you're looking for something with a more premium look and feel, we do offer Premium Rubber or Diamond Rubber Car Mats which are of a more superior quality. Beware I needed the original car mat underneath the one I bought. I bought one to replace the old one but the car mat I bought for my seat ateca doesn't really fit its small and just rests on top very loosely doesn't really fit into the space like the original mat did, they are really good if you are happy with it resting on top of the old mat which I am now having to do but the point was to replace the old mat which it does not do.

I got rubber floor mats for my porsche 911 996 from Carmats4U. Left passenger seat floor mat did not fit. I think they sent me the wrong floor mat. I emailed them and got no answer. They asked me to write a review so here it is.
