“I mistakenly ordered carpet mats when I wanted Rubber Mats for a Lexus RZ I had received rubber mats for my Lexus NX and a Lexus LBX . Car Mats Customer Service went above and behond the call of duty . I received the rubber mats which fitted perfectly as expected . Excellent business ethics fostering strong customer loyalty and satisfaction —-their communication was clear and positive .Superb Customer Service .”
