“Poor service contacted you twice via email & no one responds, there also is no telephone number to contact you??, they took ages to arrive and when they finally did come they absolutely stink! A really pungent chemical smell that I cannot get rid of at all I have washed them and nothing helps at all. A complete waste of money and would def not use this company again. A refund would be much appreciated as I cannot use these mats at all. I know it said the rubber can be a little smelly but this is unbearable.”
