“Sent numerous photos, then told I have to make a hole - why is this not done during production? No landline to resolve so too much dragging on by emails. Want to return for refund, waste of £74.”

Hi William Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. Your order was full a floor floor kit for a Classic Mini, not a set of fitted floor mats. The original carpet kit does require fitting and modification to install within your Mini.

As discussed with our team, the proof of delivery image shows the order delivered to your garden but you haven't managed to locate the item. Our team agreed to refund your order and have processed this refund, it can take a few days for the refund to appear on your card due to how the bank systems work. The refund has left our account though as team have made you aware.

“I ordered some mats for my chery tiggo 4. I had a small issue with my order upon fitting my mats but the team were excellent at responding to my emails and very quick to send out a new set of replacement mats. I would highly recommend”
