“I ordered mats for my VW T7 Transporter when I fitted them the front one was slightly the wrong shape and one of the fittings was in the wrong place I sent in photos of the problem but all they did was keep asking for different measurements. Several emails later they are still saying the mats are correct even though they clearly aren’t I was told that it is not possible to return them even though I paid extra for the surefit insurance what a waste of money that is !!!”

Our team requested clip measurements to ensure you had received the correct version of the mats for your van which you had. There is some adjustment in the clips which will resolve the issue with the mat you have experienced.

“I ordered car mats for a recently purchased car. I decided not to go with the dealer's package and during my search came across carmats.co.uk. Easy to order, deliverd as promised and on time, Fitted like a glove and all at a fraction of the price. I thought the mats would be thicker but none the less, the quality of the end product were good. I would highly recommend thier service.”
