“Ordered car mats nearly 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t come contacted customer services multiple times and still no futher to a refund or the car mats”

“I must say, the first order i received the quality looked really good, the Boot Liner is fantasitc, we had a slight issue with the heel matt on the drivers side, but i contacted CarMats and got a free replacement - I do want to add that our matts were customised as well and this was also included, The communication was very quick, shout out to Dan Smith for helping answer all my questions and supporting”

“My Vauxhall Insignia car mats were showing signs of wear. The mats ordered from Car Mats arrived promptly, were made to a high standard and gave the car an upgrade look. I was concerned that there would be an issue with the positioning of the mat grips on the front seat but there was no need to worry, they fitted perfectly. Great job and certainly a business you can trust to get things right./”

“I ordered a full set for my car, I added the embroidery on the mats. The package was left in a safe place which was a peace of mind . Opened up package and they looked really good , would highly recommend this company to anyone”
