“Easy and excellent service. I have used Carmats.co.uk for a couple of previous cars and didn’t hesitate to use again. Always quick turnaround and good quality and fit. On this occasion, I noticed a small matchstick size hole appearing in the drivers heel pad area after aprox 6 months of average use. I was disappointed as this wasn’t expected, so emailed the company and David quickly responded and offered to exchange and upgrade to a UPVC heel pad FOC. I have received this in the last week, so hoping all good, but I cant praise the service enough and believe this issue was a one off and these mats will serve well for the life of the car.”
