“Expected better quality for what I paid, I didn't buy at the low end either. Customer service could be better,didn't bother to reply to my email. You can't ring them either no phone number on their site!!!! .”

“I ordered some car mats for my daughters car. They noticed that I had ordered the wrong ones for the model and emailed me to say they had changed my order to the correct ones. Excellent service and a company that obviously cares and shows attention to detail. I then didn't have the hassle of having to return and reorder. Thank you”

“Plenty of choice and supported vehicles. The boot mat I purchased was perfect however, the floor mats in rubber was a mistake due to the strong odour they emit. There is an odour free option for rubber mats which I should have chosen as now they are sat in my garage while I wonder what to wash them with.”

“Very good quality Matt’s had a complete set for my VW transporter. There was a small issue with fitment on one of the Matt’s but thanks to Elliot and Jane, part of the car mats team went out of their way and got it sorted, excellent service”
