Dear Clement, Thank you forgiving us a shot and for leaving your review. Your appointment to our workshop it was for a spare key which was what you've been quoted but as you acknowledged the repair was more expensive due to instrument cluster replacement charge that you happily agree with.

“Really helpful, super polite and helpful phone support and quick, efficient service from the locksmith. It’s not a cheap option but did solve a terrible situation. Would totally recommend. Only downside was difference in the quote range and the cost which was quite significant. However, I was back in my car and heading home within an hour of technicians arrival”

“Good communication/ informed me of delay in arrival time. Repair took around an hour and the engineer appeared competent and well equipped. Successful repair so far and informed that the work is guaranteed for I year. Would have preferred a receipt confirming this. Cost: To be honest £400 for an hours work seems a little expensive but to be fair they came to me and fixed my van as they said they would.”

“I needed a duplicate car key for my Volvo. They were helpful on the phone and arranged a visit the day after with Andrei who was very polite and professional with the work which took him about 4 hours. They managed to program the car key in my drive which is in good working condition with Volvo key fob and looks like the original! Very happy customer and thank you Car Key Solutions.”
