“Good service . Very courteous man Price way to high £162 for 20 mins work and not even given a second key! £80 +£20 for a second key would be nearer and acceptable price”

However we're saddened to hear you comment about our pricing as you agree the cost before we even booked a technician to you and if it took us a short time to unlock and create an manual key on your vehicle that's because we have specialised technicians with the skill and experience to get you back into your vehicle no matter what the circumstances are.

“Would have been a 5 if my emails had not gone into your spam and meant I did not get a reply for 5 days. Easy for you to sort out. Otherwise all very good, quote was clear, appointment quick and arrived on time and did good job.”

“Mechanic arrived at set time and provided the repair as specified. Was professional and courteous. The repair was good and got car running again from roadside repair. Would recommend the garage for this specific repair.”

“They was really nice on the phone, and they guy who came to get my keys out and cut me a spare key although late apologised straight away and explained about the traffic which was really nice of him and he was really nice and was able to do it all quickly and very professional, would highly recommend using your services!”

We are fully equipped with Main Dealer Level equipment and have outstanding mechanics all fully qualified and trained to achieve the best of their potential. We do not only deal with everyday servicing and maintenance, we rebuild engines, gearboxes, reprogram modules/keys, remap vehicles, offer DPF removal, remove seized injectors and many other various specialist services. “Ok, look after your key so you don’t have to call anyone. I called almost every dealer in U.K. Key solution was they only one very professional, knowledgeable, straight to the point. Expensive though, no cheap at all. but when you need- you go to get things done. With key solution it’s absolutely 100% things done. For me they were late so NOT 100% but with Mr Vasi it’s compensated. Really professional and up to his job. Well done Vasi. Thank you for today. And not to forget the advise at the end especially the warranty for the keys.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We are extremely sorry to disappoint a customer. However as Key fobs are exposed to more utilisation than most electronics sometimes they can stop working or they can come with a fault from manufacture so therefore we offer the 1 Year Warranty for every Key we supply and program.

“Price is a bit expensive compared to other quotes, esp. as the job was complete in just over an hour. However, the speed of the job was down to the skill, experience and specialist equipment of the technician. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing every step, no hesitation at any stage, which gave me the confidence my car was in safe hands for this complicated job. I was also satisfied the replacement part was genuine from Mercedes, unless they have gone to great lengths to fool me, which I doubt. Overall, an expensive but thoroughly professional job. I just hope the part does not fail any time soon, although OSG give a 12month guarantee which does help.”

“The car key replacement service was excellent and exactly what we needed. My only caveat would be, being bombarded by a relentless video of scantily clad young women in bikinis pouting and posing in old fashioned "glamour" poses to a soundtrack of mundane lift music. Just as well my wife and daughters were not with me. They would have been angry at being subjected in public to such old-fashioned and sexist exploitation of women - and you are letting your service down with such a display. Such material is at least 30 or 40 years out of date.”
