“They quoted one price on the phone after I had given them photo evidence of what I needed and then they doubled the price when they arrived at the car location. I could have got the same service and faster from other companies had they told me the correct price at the time of booking but in order to book I had to pay a non refundable deposit so once they had arrived I had no choice but to pay the significantly higher new price.”

“Fantastic service from the booking, online payment and installation. Had my Ghost fitted at Watford on my Lexus NX, professional staff with an excellent tutorial once it was installed. Simple process to change the pin and explained thoroughly. I also opted for the additional alarm upgrade, this too was demonstrated and provides extra peace of mind. Had to call support due to an issue with my starter battery draining, they were superb and arrived at the Lexus dealership and sorted the issue, quality service.”

“I had a locks fitted to my Ford Connect van 6 months ago and then 5 weeks ago the back door lock cylinder failed and I couldn't get into the back door , phone car keys solutions up and told them I had oiled the cylinder with WD40 and tried everything to try and get it working again they said they would send someone out he turned up and agreed with me that the cylinder had failed and said they would order another one and someone would contact me to arrange a second visit I did explain to him that I needed the use of my door for work . After 2 week i had not heard from them so call and was told that the company they get the locks and barrels from had move location and they were having trouble getting the parts after another 2 weeks with no info from them I call again only to be told they had received the wrong cylinder from the suppliers and they are waiting for it to be sent again . Bearing in mind I have had no access to the back of my van for my work for the last 6 weeks now I asked if they could replace both barrels so I only have one key and they said no . They just keep coming up with excuse after excuse and fobbing me off . IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY DON'T”

When the issue was reported, we attended promptly and confirmed that the lock cylinder had failed. A replacement was then ordered immediately. Unfortunately, the delays that followed were due to unforeseen supply chain issues, including our supplier relocating and subsequently sending an incorrect part. These circumstances were outside of our control, but we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the impact on you. Throughout the process, we have continued to chase the supplier and keep the repair moving forward. “Went to car key solutions as I was having trouble with my car door lock. Started off with an online chat with Natalie who was very helpful and professional. At the Brentwood shop I was met with Danny who was great,helpful, knowledgeable and had a fob key made in no time at all. Would 100% recommend car key solutions.”

“Company doesn't deserve one star. The 3hr time slot nearly elapsed, so I called them. They told me the technician was 3 mins away, but is stuck on another job. I was next and he'd be along shortly. They call back 10 mins later saying it could be as late as 6pm! Then changed it to 5pm. Come 5pm i'd had enough and cancelled the appointment. Thanks for wasting 5 hrs of my day, costing me money and my evening plans! See you next Tuesday's! I can't confirm I got a refund just yet. They want to hold my money for 5 days too now. Mugs!”

“Booked an appointment 10 days in advance then they cancelled it the day before I was due to visit and arranged it for another 4 days later, when I finally got to my appointment within 10 minutes I was told there was nothing they could do and I should contact Mercedes. So unhelpful but kept mentioning about the free diagnosis I received as if I should be grateful !”
