“Got my ghost immobiliser installed and it turned out to be faulty ( car starting without having to put code in) chased customer support for help for a whole week , everytime I called , this guy David from Coventry told me we will call you back and sort it etc .. he never once called me back everytime i had to call the branch , now i am stuck with a faulty ghost and no support whatsoever.”

“I would be making reference to a man called Nick of Car Keys Solutions. This guy is a great example of a well-seasoned front line role player. His customer service rating is Top Notch in my candid opinion. I will also give kudos to one of thier engineers named, Vlad. He is highly professional and humble. He executed my car key programming with high level expertise and precision. These two guys made a highly satisfactory and professional turn-around from my earlier experience with a guy called Chris and a very rude lady who told me off over the phone and wouldn't even hear me out trying to explain my complaints. Overall, Car Keys Solutions proved to be a company to reckon with. I will highly recommend Car Keys Solutions. Just ask for 'NICK'.”

“The driver came within the time arranged, at the earler end of the allotted window. He was extremely diligent and prefessional and worked quickly to fix the problem - he took time to explain to me what needed to be done, above and beyond what was required, identifying a problem with the ignition coil I would not hesitate to recommend Car Key Solutions to anyone. Thanks !”

“Needed two new dead locks for my van after loss of key they managed to damage both my side door and back door with the drill left massive scratches to both doors , charged us £280 for both locks and only took £50 off the total bill absolute cowboys made a right mess of the paintwork drilling the old deadlocks out!Gona cost me to get the van completely resprayed they promised the wouldn’t make any damage then blamed the dead locks for being to hard very unprofessional and took no responsibility for there careless work”
