“Went to car key solutions as I was having trouble with my car door lock. Started off with an online chat with Natalie who was very helpful and professional. At the Brentwood shop I was met with Danny who was great,helpful, knowledgeable and had a fob key made in no time at all. Would 100% recommend car key solutions.”

“Company doesn't deserve one star. The 3hr time slot nearly elapsed, so I called them. They told me the technician was 3 mins away, but is stuck on another job. I was next and he'd be along shortly. They call back 10 mins later saying it could be as late as 6pm! Then changed it to 5pm. Come 5pm i'd had enough and cancelled the appointment. Thanks for wasting 5 hrs of my day, costing me money and my evening plans! See you next Tuesday's! I can't confirm I got a refund just yet. They want to hold my money for 5 days too now. Mugs!”

“Booked an appointment 10 days in advance then they cancelled it the day before I was due to visit and arranged it for another 4 days later, when I finally got to my appointment within 10 minutes I was told there was nothing they could do and I should contact Mercedes. So unhelpful but kept mentioning about the free diagnosis I received as if I should be grateful !”
