“While the service was quick and painless I felt the £90 charge was a bit much. The adviser mentioned if I had just asked them to change the battery they would have spotted this small issue and charged me only £15 so to charge me 6 times the price was ridiculous.”

“Visited your Brentwood unit as urgently needed Ghost fitted and to take advantage of your £650 deal to include dash cam. Bit disappointed when I turned up to be told they had no dash cams available for that deal??? Your guys were very apologetic and fitted the Ghost.”

“Didn’t enjoy speaking with booking agent he sounded bored and gave the impression he just wanted to book the appointment and get me off the line as soon as possible. Feels like a typical call centre with no personal engagement. The guy that came to do a replacement key however was opposite, very polite and helpful. Wish I had asked for the Mercedes logo to be on my new fob to match the original key - thought that would be automatic judging by previous photo reviews.”

“CKS promptly responded to my query and gave me a reasonable quote to supply two new keys for my car within a couple of hours of my enquiry. Their operative Matt was punctual and polite; a nice guy. I had an issue with my power steering straight afterwards (it didn't work), although Matt assured me it was unrelated.”

“There seems to be a lack of communication between the London and Brentwood office. I had very specifically asked the London office if their partner shop in Brentwood would definitely be able to cut a remote car key fob that day. They affirmed this and said they would inform Brentwood I would be coming. When I got there, they had received no message and said they had little to do with the London office. They told me their system was down so they could not do it, and asked me to return on Monday - I said I could not. Then another guy came out and said they could probably get it done after all! I did have a three hour wait, but eventually the key was finally done. The guy from Lithuania was very pleasant despite this problem and all was well!”
