“Very satisfied with this service. Very competent staff and great response time, Lost my van keys at a rave 100 miles away from home. stayed the night in a hotel and called OGS in the morning. within 2-3 hours of calling the mechanic was with me and we had gained access to the van and ignition by cutting two separate keys. These guys CAN help!”

“Great to get an appointment within a couple of hours. Fast and efficient. They key however is only opening the drivers door, I do need him to call out again to reprogramme the key to open all doors. Thanks”

“they fixed my problem... but it was very expensive... the following day I found somebody who could've give me exact same service for £100 in answer to your reply... yes i haven't tested their product this is true....but it's the fact it was a hire car as long as it worked when i returned the vehicle it wouldn't bother me if it stopped working the following day under these specific circumstances of course😉 but i hear ya.... 1 luv... merry Christmas”

“Despite your weekend operators poor communication I spoke to a much better member of staff during the week day who was able to book me in exactly when I wanted and the technician who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and able to produce more than I expected! Very professional and happy I used them”

“The mechanic arrived on time, the communication was excellent so I had messages whilst he was on route, so very happy with that part of it. He was courteous and spent quite a bit of time here. He fixed a broken electronic key as well as preparing a new manual key which the company had quoted me for. Unfortunately the electronic key broke again after I used it but the key shell was damaged so it is not the mechanic's fault, he had told me it could break and the company have given me a new quotation for replacing the key shell which I will probably do now..In any case that part of the work (electronic key) was done as extra so thanks for trying! The manual key works well and looks very solid so should last me a while. All in all very impressed with this company and definitely would use them again and I recommend them.”
