very bad experience with their service. They said that we can cut a key for your car and It's only our engineer who can do this in the UK and they charged me a very high price and I paid deposit (They wanted me to pay full). On the day they didn't show up, I called they said Oh sorry, the engineer is going to be late for 3-4 hours and don't worry he is working on your case. He started asking for pictures of the key and how many buttons it has and photo from the door etc. I sent everything. Suddenly he messaged saying SORRY WE CAN NOT DO IT. He said the engineer is on his way and he lives far but then he said oh we can not do it. It was the most inconvenient experience I had with this company and I am very disappointed.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for the engineer and then be informed that we couldn’t complete the job, especially after taking a deposit and gathering all the necessary information. We should have communicated more clearly and managed expectations better from the beginning. Job not done properly still need to be finish , and damage on my car part . I hope they will sort out next week in different branch .

Came to sort out a new key, didn’t have the proper key but gave me a substitute supposedly until they came back with the right key. Paid in full for the work. No contact for months so I had to ring them. Young lad came out to sort out the problem. Ended up being charged a further £100 and had to hand the substitute key back to be able to get the new key. Went on their site to leave a comment to find I had been blocked. Stay clear.

I was quoted the wrong price. When the engineer came he said he could not do the job for that price. After an hour of speaking to customer service to resolve the matter I was forced to sign a payment agreement to pay the additional balance even though I told them I could not afford it. I was told that if I did not agree to the payment plan the engineer will leave without doing the job and I will lose the deposit of £120

Why I give you one star because you not do your job when my car on the stuck on the road? I can't drive in than my car. What you say you are busy you can do nothing. Thanks for my other friends from garage and help me. Then I remove my car from there.

Avoid. I have paid a £450 deposit and keep being given the run around. Originally Nick said my key was being delivered Monday 8th April, then he told me would definitely be Thursday 11th. I took the day off work today and have waited in all day only to call at 5pm to be told that Nick has gone home for the day. He didn’t even have the decency to call me back. Terrible service.

I was completely lied to, on the phone I was quoted £30-40 for a battery replacement on my fob when I got there I was charged £90. I am not happy at all and felt reluctant to pay but I had to as it was required to be done.

They demaged my car, the rear parking camera stopped working, battery is always flat and cant start the car, and now waiting for 1 month for them to come an check it, that dose not mean fix it just check it, and all this time I am just charging car batter every day just so that I can use it for work, and have spent £190 for new battery now, and £28 for jumpstar cables, £140 for jumpstart powerbank just in case I go somewhere and I cant come back home. Plus not sure how much the rear camera fix will just me not to mention the time and fustration.. the idea is good but if you have a problem then your left with it to deal by yourself

At this moment in time I’m not very happy. My car goes in with a working front indicator light and comes out with the front indicator light not working. And the team can’t fix it. I’m extremely disappointed. I was left with, it could be this or it could be this. The car will have to come back to a garage to validate it. And they will charge me. I’m very disappointed

Had a mobile call out, blocked fob as one had been stolen, paid cash . Need a receipt for insurance purposes but company are saying no job was completed!

Not impressed at all phoned for appointment told to just bring the van in the next day any time so I did on Thursday only to be told they only had 2 of the locks in and I'd have to bring the ban back it should be there Saturday phoned up Saturday no lock in should be there Monday they would phone me remembering iv already paid for the whole job no phone call Monday or Tuesday so phoned them Wednesday got told the missing lock was there but no one to fit it until Friday so had to take more time off and had it done today Friday cosy 480 pound no apologies or nothing good job I don't run my business like that

Charged me a deposit for some work to be done, came and couldn’t complete the work then refused to refund me, citing terms and conditions that I’d met. Someone later came from a different company and managed to complete the work and yet still my deposit wasn’t refunded. Asked to escalate this and chat to a manager and never got a call back. Terrible, will never use your scam service again

They came out quickly and gave me a new key but very cheap quality and after two months the battery in the fob has died. Very disappointing won’t be using them again
