“Hi The office was great & very friendly and easy to speak with. The locksmith arrived and was very friendly and quickly sorted out my new key. My only negative is that the price was much higher than originally discussed. John”

“Good service once arrived. The guys did arrive a considerable amount of time later than agreed but was very apologetic and the service that followed was very good. Unfortunately one of the vehicles couldn’t be completed due to external server issue but overall satisfied and I’m sure they will deliver upon their return with a little customer discount for inconvenience. Thanks guys! Tom”

“I have an Old iveco . Didn't match anything but your tech persevered and manually cut me a new key . 4 hours of sweating and head scratching ( very impressed)”

“thank you Victoria for arranging a mechanic to come and fix my grandsons car ,only took half an hour to deal with it if we had done this by any other mans it would have taken well over a week to get another key for the one he lost . Can i also commend your mechanic who did a wonderful job”

“Hello I had very good service and prompt on the afternoon of Sunday the 15th June , Unfortunately I have a air bag light that appears to have been triggered during the repair and this morning I failed my MOT because of this. I wonder whether he would be able to bring back his cvcomputer and sort the light out on the care. I would be much obliged. Jean Picton-Bentley”
