“quick service. trained drivers. would be better if vans came better equipped to fix job on site as i have had to travel a long complicated way to finish the job. however very well trained people nonetheless. amazing hospitality at the finchley branch nonetheless. shout out to victoria for cheering me up whilst booking the appointment shes a star”

“Replacement car key and coding excellent, quick and convenient 17 December. However, I received an invoice in another customers (Mr Nathaniel Williams) name. “This is really a fantastic service - the gentleman was out to see me in less than 2 hours, and took no more than 20 minutes to produce a new key and have my car running again. Service was professional and efficient. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it's not cheap - price aside, it's a great service I would definitely recommend.”

“The 3.5 hour attendance when reading a 1 hour advertisement on the van sticks on the throat, but the engineer was helpful, informative and worked hard.”

“Excellent job done by Nardin who fixed my problem. Seems like Mercedes getting customers to pay for their mistakes. Nardin was very professional and quick in, however it was a bit expensive but given the situaltion it could have been far worse had I taken it to Mercedes dealership.”

“Attended to very quickly and work was carried out effiecently and professionally. Hiwever, it would have been good to be told how the long the work would take. Otherwise very happy with the experience and would happily recommend OGS Keys Ltd. By the way I found out about you from advertising billboard in the car wash place at the top of Nether street.”

“GOOD SERVICE WHEN HE GOT THERE. TIMING VARIED FROM 20:30 THEN 19:30 THEN 20:30 BUT ACTUAL 21:00. HOWEVER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD WHEN WITH US. VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL TECHNICIAN. HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND ALWAYS BEEN GOOD SERVICE.”

“Repaired / replaced two keys / fobs for my Insignia. Took them a while (over an hour in total), and the first attempt wouldn't work in the ignition, but they got there in the end. Great price, far better and quicker than getting 2 new keys from Vauxhall, and they look and work just as well. very pleased with the result.”
