“The engineer came quite quickly after the booking was made, which was helpful. The job took a bit longer than I expected to complete, around an hour, but that probably was no-one’s fault. I paid by debit card, and for some reason the receipt was printed out as VOID, so I had to go through the payment again...which was annoying, and seemed strange; although I was assured that if the payment went through twice I would be reimbursed. The manager told me on the phone the first payment was definitely VOID, and I should go through the process again - which I did. I shall check with the bank at the first opportunity I have tomorrow Afternoon, to check I have not paid twice. So I communicated with the company by telephone, and face to face.”

“We got there in the end! Very responsive and always kept up to date. Took a couple of visits but they did it in less than 24 hrs and the first visit was immediate. Prcie was market rate and cheaper than the dealership. Genuine BMW key delivered and prety nice people to deal with. Happy to use again.”

“Excellent company and key returned fully repaired today. I would have given a "very good" rating but the courier firm let Car Key Solutions down and didn't collect on the day agreed so a couple of calls and a delay was the result. But i would defo use them again.”
