“Same day call out, fantastic response. I lost my only key and needed a replacement urgently. The chap who came to carry out the work was polite and efficient. All in all great service.”

“This was an excellent service - a very helpful technician completed the job with great efficiency and personality. I couldn't give 5 stars because he arrived 50 minutes late and failed to communicate this fact to me before arriving.”

“We wanted a spare car key cut for my wife’s car. The first engineer was unable to complete the job but the second engineer (Chris) spent 3hrs on site and was determined to get to the bottom of the problem and he did! We’re seriously impressed by him, his knowledge and experience and dedication to customer satisfaction and we’re very grateful to him. Thanks again Chris.”

“The call and the job , was swiftly and efficiently done , little disappointed about Andre , as he was not wearing a face mask, and was not polite , all you can hear from him was mumbling If a swearing words . But can’t fault his work .”

“They did what they said on the can !! I sent my well worn malfunctioning key transponder to them and they sent me back a look a like key that works on the buttons and provides for peace of mind = it took about 5 days to process - grad result”
