“I was told I'd be phoned 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. My wife went outside to the bins and saw the van. He phoned at the appointed time, but I wasn't able to answer and he drove off. Didn't ring the doorbell which my wife would have answered! Managed to get him back, brilliant service, replaced battery without being asked, said he'd disabled any other keys that might exist, etc.”

“Unfortunately the key warning symbol was on again by the time I got home, after replacing the battery, so that wasn't the problem, will have to have a new key after all”
