“The StandEasi frame is a real boon. It makes getting out of a chair so easy and saves the arms of the chair. I have bought another for my bed. I put the frame under the mattress and it is now so simple to get out of bed. The handles are very sturdy and it has made life so much easier. It has the added bonus that when sitting on the bed it can be used as a chair”

“Called in the Southampton branch Sunday morning spoke to Ben Bridger about possibly purchasing a Travel Mobility scooter. Ben was extremely helpful going through the various options till we settled on the X-Go Astro. Ben couldn't have been more helpful, showing me the dismantling and assembly process making sure it would fit in to my car, and letting me test it on a sharp gradient at the rear of the shop to assure me it could cope. I decided the Astro was the one for me I purchased it, the paper work was carried out smoothly and order placed. This morning Tuesday two days later the scooter arrived, the assembly went smoothly and having charged the battery I went out for a test and must say first impressions are good. The whole process from start to finish has gone really smoothly and I can't thank Ben enough for all his help.”

“If you haven't been. Just because you have always used one company...Well ide like to say give it.ago. you won't.be disappointed. You can try all the chairs in comfort. Well set out store . And nothing is to much trouble. Great friendly service. Answered all.my questions.. yes I did buy . And I'm.so.pleased . WELL GO ON GIVE IT AGO .”

“I was luckily enough to receive a grant from Musclar Dsytrophy UK to purchase a mobility scooter as my condition has deteriorated. I contacted CareCo. And explored the options with Moses. I briefly explained my need for comfort and for a scooter to fit into the boot of my car. Moses was great, such a friendly and respectful guy, talked me through everything. There was a bit of back and forth with the charity supplying the grant, but Moses kept me well informed and up to date and dealt with everything behind the scenes. Once my scooter was ordered, I received it the next day and I now have some of my life back! Thankyou to CareCo.”

“I am so glad I ordered this Rollator. It's sturdy, well made, and comfortable to use. I now feel so much more stable and confident when walking. The Rollator arrived extremely quickly after ordering, and was securely packaged. Also, it was simplicity itself to assemble, and I managed it in just a few minutes and by myself. Extremely impressed, and would definitely order from this Company again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company and this model of Rollator to others.”

“We popped into CareCo today to purchase a mobility scooter for my mum, it was quite overwhelming for my mum with so many different types to choose from but Brad greeted us and was so helpful. We explained what mum needed the scooter for and he showed mum all the options and let her test drive them. His and Polly's knowledge of range of scooters was excellent, what a great team they make. Thank you Brad for making the experience informative and fun at the same time and thanks for the great cup of tea Polly. Mum can't wait for her scooter to arrive.”

“My wife and I visited the CareCo store in Southampton and we were greeted by Steven Underhill who having ascertained that I was looking for a more lightweight mobility scooter than the one I already had, showed us the latest model that would suit my needs. Steven was very professional and pleasant and we agreed to purchase a Blue Li-Tech Neon 15 scooter. On our way home to Barton-on-Sea we received a text advising that the scooter would be delivered the next day. All in all a very satisfactory outcome”

“I came to buy a wheelchair for my wife and explained she couldn’t walk to the store from the car park. Paula immediately got a wheelchair and fetched her. We were treated with courtesy given appropriate advice and purchased a suitable chair. An exemplary service. Thankyou”

“The gentleman who answered my call was called Alfie and was very courteous and helpful. He was able to give me answers to my questions as I had never bought any product from Careco online. My previous purchase from Careco was on a visit to your Newcastle Showroom, who were extremely helpful to myself and My Daughter.”

“SUCH A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. THE STAFF WERE SO PATIENT WHILST WE WERE DECIDING ON THE BEST WHEELCHAIR TO MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS. ALL WITH A SENSE OF HUMOUR. THANK YOU.”

“From the moment we dropped into the showroom we were made to feel welcome and not pressured into buying anything everything was explained to us even if we asked the same question again Callum was so patient and helpful I had test drive and was fully shown everything I needed to no as regards to my new Scooter that I am extremely happy with and service is 10 out of 10 I will decently shop again at Camberly CareCo . Thank you Callum for making my experience great. ANN Towns.”

“We were met on arrival by the very pleasant and cheerful Sarah and her colleague. The showroom was clean and brightly lit. The mobility aids were arranged in a manner that suggested that the staff cared about both their products and the customer needs. Overall a good advert for Careco and a credit to the staff at the Lincoln branch.”

“We visited Care Co at Hadfield Rd, Cardiff. The staff were very very helpful and we bought a new wheelchair. Surprisingly, it was delivered to our home less than 24 h. later. An excellent performance.”

“Careco have been absolutely excellent. My friend has brought a wheelchair and a shopping trolley come wheelchair. The service was amazing Michael the Manager at the Milton Keynes Branch and Craig were so helpful.There was no pressure selling at all, they were knowledgeable and very good at their job. The Wheelchair was delivered the next day for an extra £10 which is very reasonable. The items are all well priced, and they were just what my friend needed. Top marks for Michael and Craig at Careco.”

“I came to Careco in Peterborough on Friday 31st May (opening day) and was extremely impressed by both the spacious showroom and the members of staff. They were so friendly and attentive and extremely helpful. I chose a wheelchair whick was delivered on Monday 1st June. Excellent service all round and so pleased we discovered them - nowhere near us could even. compare. Turned something I was dreading into a very pleasant experience”

“My friend and I went to the Milton Keynes Branch of Care&Co to purchase a new Wheelchair.Michael the Manager was do helpful and showed us various models. My friend brought a lovely Lightweight for a really good price.We were not pressured at all to buy anything else.The wheelchair was delivered the very next day for £10 which is so reasonable. Craig was also very helpful as well. My friend was so impressed with the wonderful service that we went back to purchase a shopping trolley cum wheelchair again it was very well priced. We will always use Care& Co again when we need any aids.”

“After arriving my wife ran into the showroom as it was raining heavily. Mark came out with a wheelchair and wheeled me in. He showed us different sizes etc. and eventually we decided and paid for it. We were so surprised when the next day the wheelchair arrived. Thank you Mark & Careco”

“The boxed chairs wouldn't go through the door so the lads unpacked them and took them indoors. They cleared up all the packaging and took it away. They were mindful of cleanliness and asked if they should remove their shoes. Very pleased with the service.”
