“I ordered an Amazon gift card from Cardyard, and while most of the process seemed straightforward, one of the vouchers I received didn't work. I contacted customer support right away, and while they were polite, I was told I would need to wait 3–4 working days for an investigation. That now means I won’t be able to use the gift card until next week, which is really frustrating. I needed it urgently, and this delay defeats the whole purpose of using a fast digital gift card service.”

You bought 11 gift cards totalling £244 and reported one £10 card as not working. We have to give the seller a change to respond and expect to give you a refund in due course.

“Great place to buy discounted gift cards. I've shopped here a number of times and am very happy with the service provided. There is an option to get notification when a desired gift card becomes available, which is very handy. I will definitely buy from them again”

“I use cardyard all the time. Allows me to save small amounts with retailers. Reliable. Easy to use. Often short expiry dates on gift cards so that's caught me out on occassions. Gift card details supplied straight after purchase and ready to use”

“I have used card yard before and didn't have any issues but recently they took my e voucher of £65 and paid me £2.58 without any reason. This is daylight robbery. Be warned ⚠️”
