“I use cardyard all the time. Allows me to save small amounts with retailers. Reliable. Easy to use. Often short expiry dates on gift cards so that's caught me out on occassions. Gift card details supplied straight after purchase and ready to use”

“I have used card yard before and didn't have any issues but recently they took my e voucher of £65 and paid me £2.58 without any reason. This is daylight robbery. Be warned ⚠️”

“I'm a long time user of Cardyard, indeed I've recommended it to people. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing. I bought a £250 voucher and went to use it online. After checking, the card only had £54 of credit on it. I logged this with them immediately and told an investigation would need to be opened. After checking, they said it's usually completed in three working days. I checked in after three days and still don't have a response. I emailed again to let them know how disappointed I am, and again. no response. I emailed again to let them know that I would have to request a chargeback on my credit card to reclaim the funds, and still no response. It would have been relatively easy for them to resolve this issue. Firstly responding to emails, and secondly issuing a refund. Instead I'm left in a position where I am out of money, and having to spend time with my bank to get the funds back to me.”
