“Very good site to buy gift cards. Generally has better discounts than other options. On the other hand, on 3 purchases of Amazon coupons the codes I received had already been redeemed by another user. That is too unreliable. Luckily I was issued a refund each time 3-5 days later.”

“Quick and easy way to get discounted e-gift cards. Very reliable. I could redeem all 4 cards I bought without any issues. I highly recommend and will return to purchase more gift cards in the future. I only wish that there were more brands as well as higher-value gift cards so I didn't have to purchase multiple ones to complete a transaction.”

“As a customer, I had a huge pain dealing with returns. They claim they cannot accept returns because the item is digital which is exempt from law protection. They say I can resell the item in their website. However, my item is longer accepted. What a joke.”

We had a correspondence about the differences between an Apple Store card and and Apple Gift Card. Not once did you say you wanted to return the card. Is this what you want? I assume it is so have initiated a refund according to our refund terms.

“Easy process. I read the reviews first, as obviously never sure how genuine sites are. I listed my unwanted gift card. It clearly showed the amount I would be paid, at the very beginning of the process. It is transparent what the fees are. I was told it would be 13 January before payment was authorised. A couple of weeks. I recieved emails with updates throughout. On 13th January I received notification that the card had been processed. Payment was in my chosen account mid afternoon. Wouldnt hesitate to buy or sell through this site in future”

“Payment Was Made on the Date said, had to wait two weeks for it to clear the quarantine period, which was a nerve racking time wondering if it's going to get paid. But it did, so happy days!”

“I've been using Cardyard since Mike was a one-man band (6-7 years ago or so). The service has been consistently excellent - and the few times when there was a problem, the whole team was very quick to put things right. The gift cards are usually emailed a few minutes after ordering, and emails/chats are answered equally swiftly. Great job!”

“Bought 2x£50 Amazon Vouchers from this company on the 24/12/2022 (amongst other vouchers which went well until now) but they came invalid and already redeemed. Tried to resolve this in a civil manner by providing all time stamped proofs that the products were already redeemed prior to being dispatched to me. Currently still trying to resolve this but Cardyard is trying to shift the blame to me because the seller “is a long standing client” and “was adamant that they did not spend them”. Not impressed so far. Let’s see what they do to rectify the situation but Trading Standards will certainly want to know about this. Sent me an email after noticing a first negative on another review site stating “we are not shifting the blame on you” and “accidentally sent emails intended for the person who sent us the card”, which I seriously doubt is true, that was from 26/12/2022. Since then no update or reply from these customer service agents. I think I am going to have to go through the Consumer Ombudsman to get my money back which is a hassle. Would avoid them if I were you.”

You received a full refund for this case. You very quickly left this 1* review mirrored on Trustpilot which caused a lot of difficulty, time and expense. You said you would avoid us, and we have assisted with this by deactivating your account.

“Bought a Pandora gift card with a value of £500 a few weeks ago (checked the balance on the Pandora website as have had issue before with the amount being wrong). Still had £96 left on card after first use and the expiry date is Oct 2013 so plenty of time to use. However on checking balance today, it is down to £1. Someone else has managed to use this gift card!!! But as it is after the 42 day guarantee, I'm not holding out how that I will be able to get any of the £95 back. I assume the original seller has kept a note of the gift card details and has used it, even though they sold it on CardYard. This is the second time I have been done out of money, so think I'll be giving this company a wide berth from now on...”

You have received a full refund to your payment method. The first we heard about this was when you left this 1* review. It would have been much easier if you had contacted us directly instead of carrying out your business through a reviews website.

“Sold a JD Sports Gift Card via this company, did the 2 weeks worth of quarantine to ensure its valid ect... After 2 weeks, i’ve still not had/received my payment and currently feeling like i’ve been scammed. Sent emails ect and had slow responses and still no money. If they fix this issue, then maybe i’ll write a new review.”

“Bought quite a few times from cardyard over the last 2 years. Generally get the gift cards within a couple of minutes. Initial setup takes a bit of time (over a day) but after that purchases are quick. Had one issue before where a card was worth less than stated and got credit back on my cardyard account. Overall very happy with the service.”

“Received an Odeon gift card, and didn't know what to do with it, as I'm not really a movie fan. I wondered if there might be a way to swap one gift card for another. That's when I found Cardyard. The process was so quick and easy, I'd soon traded in my Odeon voucher, and once that cleared, I picked up an Amazon voucher at a discount. I'd say I got close to 90% of the original face value of by Odeon Card, which is a lot better than letting expire unused! I'll almost certainly use Cardcard again in the future and I'd recommended it to anyone.”
