“Recently sold a few PlayStation gift cards with them. It's completely understandable that the customer needs 2 weeks to be able to make sure the gift card is in working order before you have your money sent to you. I'm really happy using the service and I'll continue to do so. I even got money a day earlier than expected too which was great. Great company.”

“Have bought 96 cards and sold 1. I’m always looking at the gift cards here and always recommending them to family and friends. When I’ve had issues and the customer service have been more than helpful with it”

“I have used Cardyard a lot for buying and selling cards without any issues. Payment takes about a fortnight which is understandable as they don't want you using the card after you have sold them it to them. This also gives you peace of mind that the card won't be already used when you buy it.”

“I was a little suspicious to begin with but having now bought a number of different vouchers of various amounts and for various retailers I am a definite fan. Purchase is easy, secure and very quick.”

“It’s fine until it’s not. I had bought without issue from cardyard before but this time the Amazon gift card had already been used and instead of sending a replacement cardyard refunded without telling me. The chat support not live and when they finally respond they don’t reply to subsequent messages so you have to start a new chat. To make matters worse the support is slow and verging on rude in particular the owner who sends irrelevant template responses. I tried for over a week to buy a replacement Amazon card from them only to find that they had suspended my account - utter madness treating loyal customers like this.”

The third card you purchased from us was already redeemed, and led to you sending over 60 messages containing threats of chargebacks and 1* reviews. You also used language like "your support is utterly useless". The support team work hard to provide a highly regarded service. Your abuse and high maintenance demands were unjustified. You had obviously misunderstood the way we work, and the source and nature of the gift cards we sell. You were unable to accept our terms so we concluded our service is totally unsuitable for you. It has taken a number of days to get you to understand this, but here is the 1* review you promised.

“Gift card was used by the seller already when I purchased it! I don’t recommend use of this website and would urge people to pay full price or use cards2cash.co.uk rather than get scammed!”

Hi Luke, you were a customer of Cardyard for 6 years and sold us 60 cards and bought 151. In all that time you had no problems, then unfortunately in the last month, 2 of the cards you purchased had issues. Those issues were swiftly resolved and you were fully refunded, so where is the scam? You have now fallen out of love with us and fallen for a competitor. Enjoy the honeymoon period Luke, but don't come running back to us when you get a rogue card from them, not without flowers and chocolates anyway. Good luck, Mike.

“Very good customer service. Quick replies with order confirmation and e delivery. Have to watch validity duration of e-gift vouchers as some suppliers have a limit on value of vouchers which can be accepted against an item purchased.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave your positive review Derek. Its true, some retailers have restrictions on the use of gift cards. Some, like Sainsbury's, only allow up to £250 to spent in a single transaction. Some, like Halfords, only allow 3 gift cards to be used in one transaction online. We try to make this clear in our shop descriptions on the buy page. We also only guarantee the balance on the gift cards we sell for 42 days. “Have purchased gift cards for various different retailers from Cardyard multiple times and saved myself quite a bit of money. Never had any issue redeeming any of the gift cards. Would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to save money on their purchases.”
