Wrong parts, had to pay for the right ones in full and wait for a refund. I was over charged £30 for new parts as advisor said my discount code wouldn't apply. I checked and it did so I was told to buy again and wait for another refund. Never again

Placed my order on a weekend and my confirmation said they order would be ready for collection by the following Wednesday. I was unable to collect until the following Sunday. When I went to collect the 6 items I was told that one of the items hadn't arrived and would be in on the Monday. I was surprised that assistant went on to tell me that the air filter hadn't come in but would be available at 930 the following morning. I had made a special journey to collect the items as the service was booked in for the Tuesday, I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no one available but Luke would be there the next day when I collected the air filter. When I went to collect I asked to speak to Luke but was told that he was on annual leave and there was no one else available. The guy promised that Luke would call me as soon as he was back in store. I am still waiting for the call.

Ordered items on 28th of June, still not recieved them over 10 days later. I have contacted the courier (Evri) 4 times and spoke to Sheila from Carparts4less. Still no order delivered. Still no further forward getting it resolved!

Parts were easy to order and collect, however i had a choice of filters for my car... Trying to return the wrong part was ridiculous, filled out the online returns form, went to drop it off at ECP as per the email "All you need is this return reference" only to get hounded by the ECP staff who wanted a piece of paper I didn't have, tried explaining that the email said all I needed was the reference to get huffed and tutted at several times.

Cancelled my order without informing me. Got an email that order has been placed and 6 days later another email refund has been processed

Service wasn't good at all, only one person serving to the customer and waited to long to be serve. Need to hire more people for customer service.

You sold me not compatiable brake discs and cost me more money to fix your mistake. I paid extra 42.60£ more to handle your database that shows wrong part with my car.

Ordered a pressure washer as mine had broken. Awaited delivery for new one with jobs booked in to find out after about 5 days they said the item was out of stock. Had to borrow a family members washer to complete jobs. Awful

I placed an order with this company four days later I still hadn’t received my order when I called them they told me that they put the wrong address on the delivery 10 days later I have still not received my order

I ordered fast delivery the next day, the parcel came in 8 working days, in half a year it's 3 problems with delivery, I don't want to do with this company anymore

I ordered 12 days ago and still haven’t reviewed my order so I called them and it appears they have taken my order knowing full well they don’t have it in stock, I have requested a refund and still not record a phone call straight back as promised

Brush is ripped and torn after using it for only for 2 tyres, it is a shame cars have four tyres since this didn't survive one use!

Ordered a car battery. Great price paid via PayPal to pick up in store. Wait over a week for my confirmation email with my order number on so I could pick it up. No way of call them no way of going through chat bot because no confirmation number supplied. Eventually received a refund 7/10 later Just wanted the bloody car battery…..

I’ve ordered online should be delivered within 3 to 4 working days but I’ve waited 13 days not delivered. I made a phone call is well. Now I’ve cancelled my order waiting for my refund.

When you spend nearly £400 on parts you expect it to be the correct items. Not just that, but for the customer service to sort it, not argue. A refund was given after a very long winded process and two drives to their offices after their main number said they can't sort it. Out of pocket for so much petrol and time, extremely frustrating.

1 star because zero isn’t an option! Shocking service. Paid for next day delivery on a Thursday. £120 order. Still hadn’t received it the by the following Tuesday so rang again ( my 3rd call) and, along with making a formal complaint, I cancelled my order. I had to order from Halfords, paying for another next day delivery fee as my booked service was imminent. Then on Wednesday my carparts4less order I told them to cancel arrived. A week after ordering with next day delivery. No apologies, no response to my complaint, and still no contact from a manager
