“Easy to shop for service parts and reasonably priced. Customer service lets it down. I have had wrong parts sent, mostly because they don't pay attention at the parts numbers, and it take days for them to come back once you opened an online return, making you go to Eurocarparts and buy off the shelf. It's mostly good.”

“Dual mass flywheel delivered to garage with only five out of six bolts. No other dual mass flywheel was available in London for this car. Replacement flywheel sent from afar that was so old and rusty, it was unbelievable - see photo. Finally, a replacement flywheel was supplied.”

“Delivery was left in front of my door without any packaging, anyone could take it. Want to book collection but this incur extra charge. No sense to me why is cheaper to get order delivered than collected from ECP branch. Other than that happy with purchase”
