“I ordered the parts needed to replace two brake hoses, the CV boots and carry out the yearly general service. All the parts were easy to find on the website and were readily available. The parts arrived within three days (excluding the bank holiday). The delivery was free of charge Overall I considered the purchase to be free of hassle and the parts very good value.”

“I ordered 3 things oil, oil filter and wiper blades And they gave me to wrong oil filter. Which meant I had no car to use until I could buy one from Amazon as it was next day delivery”

“Right so i needed to know if you supplied the other size discs that was needed for my car but i had no answer. When it came to trying to do a returns it said your details were not recognised when there was nothing else to provide for who i was and my order.I had a random msg to say my stuff was being picked up after not getting a reply to some questions i asked .”

“Good wipers Horrible service from CarParts Order placed online for click/collect still had to wait 30mins for collection on arrival was told someone will get it now as order not ready. Also had to pay a collection charge which I have never come across with any other retailer.”
