“Very happy with the 3 off 1L bottles of Triple QX red antifreeze and coolant concentrate, I use it in all my vehicles. Ready for collection from my local Euro Car Parts the following day, shame I got charged £1.99 by Car Parts for Less for the privilege of 'click & collect' JohnR”

“Have used CarParts4less many times and have been very pleased with products and delivery. Unfortunately, this time part of my order was antifreeze and so they said although I exceeded the free delivery the antifreeze couldn't be delivered to my address. So I was prepared to collect all the items from Eurocarparts until an extra charge of £1:99 was added to my bill as a collection charge. What a cheek I drive to pick up my items and then charged extra for doing so. Cancelled my whole order and had to chase CarParts4less for the full refund as they still wanted to keep the £1:99 even though I cancelled imediately.”

“Always helpful staff I ordered wrong part(brake disc) which I had taken out of the box which I returned to the store thay sorted out correct disks and refunded the others”

“I ordered online to collect the item in store and when I got to the store it wasn't there. I arrived within the time stated on the email so wasn't early. No apology from staff either, she really didn't care. So I had to make a second trip the next day all the while paying for the "privilege" of collecting from store.”
