“Not used this company in years Picked up a couple of things I paid for online, Had 30 min wait in shop! And had to pay a pick up charge!! If your going to charge me to pick my paid for items up at least make it quick Very disappointed, Wil just use Amazon from now on”

“This is just euro car parts but with slightly different prices. No idea why they have the same company under two names but you collect from euro car parts. Anyway all was good with my order and I received a good service and top quality parts for my car at a reasonable price. Can't fault them. So I give five stars.”

“So I ordered a intake manifold gasket to pick up from euro car parts in leeds I went to pick it up the guy tried to give me a completely different gasket I told him it was wrong he said it's not I said it is I then got the photo up on my phone to show him and he said someone has put wrong bar code and he said there is none in stock so I get a REFUND I left the shop checked my receipt and he's refunded me 2 less took my collection fee of me when it was not my fault I went back into the store to explain about the 2 pound he said you won't get that back I said well its not my fault you have tried to give me the wrong item and don't have it in stock so I said can I speak to a manager please he said he will sort it he went to speak to his manager but the manager did not come to me he givee another recipt with my full refund on it and said it's sorted so I waited for my refund and I got 2 pound less so you charge me to pick up a item that is wrong you should be giving me 2 pound for wasting my time and fuel. I am gunna post this on facebook instagram google and report it to hmrc totally out of order robbing people off there hard earned cash when everyone is struggling out here. Absolutely fuming I am!”

“Great for cheaper parts but if you want to return anything their customer service team are appalling. They arranged a collection for the part I wanted to return without telling me what return address I should fix onto the package, after 3 attempts to get this DPD were 30 minutes away from collection so I had to cancel the collection myself, 5 hours later still no reply so I ended up taking the part back to a Euro Car Parts store, not knowing if they would accept it but the helpful guy in there processed it with no issues.”
