“Ordered a few items and went to pick up a few days later, having first called to confirm that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived it took a fairly long time to get my items together. One item was damaged (and the box had clearly been opened). Luckily I checked before leaving, and had to have the item re-ordered. I wonder what would have happened if I had not checked, and only found the damage after I left. One other item on my order was not available, and I had to settle for a replacement/alternative. All of this is not exactly great, although the damaged item replaced and available later the same day. An extra trip was required, and the repair could not go ahead as scheduled.”

“Having picked up one order for £183.63 from my nearest Eurocar parts a round trip of 14 miles, I had missed an item out & made another order which after discount came to just over £13 & was to be picked up from the same place. However, I was angered to find that £1.99 was discretely added, as a collection charge, when considering the costs to me to go and collect and how slyly this charge was added, I thought it a ruddy cheek. As I & my son have bought quite a lot from both Eurocar parts & Carparts 4 less and them being in effect to be the same organisation, they need to review their policies, especially in these financially difficult times before they lose customers.”
