Ordered a Bosch air filter, was given a different manufacturer, young guy that served me said there was no difference! Not the point.....I asked for a Bosch, paid for a Bosch....guess my next comment.
I ordered -18 apple screen wash was given -8, same young guy said " you ordered apple" but clearly didn't read the order !
Maybe some staff with a better attitude and you may keep me as a customer.
