“Hi, unfortunately the dressing gown was too short, also the size I ordered was exceedingly close fitting. I always find this size most adequate when purchasing elsewhere. I am therefore very sorry but I have had to return it. Thank you , Christine.”

“I find your selection in larger sized bra's poor. The ones you have are nearly all white or cream no black or coloured. I've been buying the same model of bra for several years now because in my size and in a non wired style there is nothing else in my size.”

“Although the items where exactly what I wanted I had to return them all. They fitted perfectly from the waist up but too tightly fitted on the hip. I'm a size 12 and unfortunately, your sizes only cover 10-12 and 14-16. If you are a size 10 OK. If you are a size 14 OK but anything in between not OK.”

“This is a pretty wrap and price compared with everywhere else I had looked was very reasonable. However the material used isn't great, it's very soft but has a cotton wool like texture and creates an incredible amount of static electricity it literally clung to me everywhere.”

“Disappointed that the Fleetwood Freeport shop had closed so looked forward to other opportunities to restock ....... then disappointed at very limited choice at Oswaldtwistle Mill ......so used the online shop........ disappointed that not all the order received and also disappointed that the items did not have the frill on the sleeves but just a binding finish. They will do but not as good as previously.”

“Unfortunately the satin nightshirt I bought for my wife was disliked. She thought it was too "granny" for her believe it or not! Anyway that's not really Camille's fault but mine for being a lousy husband with no taste. I'm hoping to get a refund.”

“Whilst I love their products and its that which keeps me returning because I find their deliveries to be erratic to say the least. I ordered last week and 2 of the 4 items turned up within a few days but I have not had any emails to let me know when to expect the balance so far. I have ordered a number of times from them and on at least half the occasions I have had delivery issues. Once they even enclosed a packing slip saying 3 items were in the parcel and 1 to follow but in fact only 1 item was in there. They are always lovely when I phone but the practice of 'get it right first time' seems to be rather a vague notion.”

“Delivery/packaging and Customer service is very good, replacing a pack that was faulty even though bought a few months back, though mostly when I buy knickers I buy several packs and so don't always open and wear them immediately . However recently the full black knickers have been very poorly made, perhaps suppliers have changed. When you pull them on, even gently, the stitching/elastic comes away, mostly at the waist but also around the legs. The other day I sewed up 8 pairs as if I throw them that's £25 down the drain! Have ordered and received a pack of 4 and will see whether these are better made. Usually I'm a size 12 but have ordered 14 just in case the new ones came up on the small size. The leg elastic is a little tighter than I would have expected but maybe loosen with washing.”

“Over the years I have been very pleased with the Bras in the Rhapsody range but a little disappointed this time as the Rhapsody black bra is a two hook fastening, instead of the usual three, why the change? You have done the same with the white.”

“Delivery very good . Purchased two packs of maxi briefs but the waist elastic very skimped I have had the same briefe many.times and had no problem so I am not very happy with them .Brenda Nortcliffe”

“The bra fits perfectly having bought the same brand when Atlantic Village at Bideford had a store there but I ordered white and got a cream colour. Doesn't really matter as I have camisoles to match but rather disappointing.”

“I ordered two bras of the same make but different colours - however they came seperately and one of them had changed in style and quality. Instead of 3 fasteners it only had 2 and somehow it felt cheaper than the other one. The one I preferred (and was what I wanted when I ordered) was much better with 3 fasteners and better quality material. I hope the 'amended' version is not the new version. If this is the case I will have to start shopping around again.”
