“Not the quality expected, I guess ok for the price”

“Delivery/packaging and Customer service is very good, replacing a pack that was faulty even though bought a few months back, though mostly when I buy knickers I buy several packs and so don't always open and wear them immediately . However recently the full black knickers have been very poorly made, perhaps suppliers have changed. When you pull them on, even gently, the stitching/elastic comes away, mostly at the waist but also around the legs. The other day I sewed up 8 pairs as if I throw them that's £25 down the drain! Have ordered and received a pack of 4 and will see whether these are better made. Usually I'm a size 12 but have ordered 14 just in case the new ones came up on the small size. The leg elastic is a little tighter than I would have expected but maybe loosen with washing.”

“Over the years I have been very pleased with the Bras in the Rhapsody range but a little disappointed this time as the Rhapsody black bra is a two hook fastening, instead of the usual three, why the change? You have done the same with the white.”

“Delivery very good . Purchased two packs of maxi briefs but the waist elastic very skimped I have had the same briefe many.times and had no problem so I am not very happy with them .Brenda Nortcliffe”

“The bra fits perfectly having bought the same brand when Atlantic Village at Bideford had a store there but I ordered white and got a cream colour. Doesn't really matter as I have camisoles to match but rather disappointing.”

“I ordered two bras of the same make but different colours - however they came seperately and one of them had changed in style and quality. Instead of 3 fasteners it only had 2 and somehow it felt cheaper than the other one. The one I preferred (and was what I wanted when I ordered) was much better with 3 fasteners and better quality material. I hope the 'amended' version is not the new version. If this is the case I will have to start shopping around again.”

“I tried to palace an on-line order for items which I needed anyway, but especially as a 25% discount was offered on Shapewear. A special offer code was given which was only valid until midnight on 28th February (a Saturday) However despite several attempts to enter this code a message constantly appeared to say that there was no offer relevant to this code. I tried several combinations of upper, lower case, spaces between letters and numbers etc but to no avail. Being a Saturday the phone lines were not open, so I decided to order the items anyway - to satisfy the terms of the offer, but to send an email to customer services. This was responded to promptly on the following Monday and a refund made, so I am satisfied with the outcome, but it was very frustrating not being able to enter the code initially and not being able to contact anyone before the offer expired to advise me.”

“Had a Camille tummy hugger before and was always delighted so thought I had sent for the equivalent but that was not the case. This pair seems less taught . However I haven't worn them yet so will wait to make final decision until then.”

“I bought a onsie ladies size 20/22 but it was too big. I am sure the 18/20 would have been better... but it says they were made to fit the size you order.but I disagree .Also there was a hole underneath .... .. which i wasn't happy about ce la vie..Thanks anne”

“I have bought the sheer lace lingerie brief before, from a shop you 'used' to have at springfields shopping outlet in Spalding. Sadly, this shop has now closed down. My one issue with the website is, the vast amount of stock that has sold out. I find that whatever I want, be it swimwear, bras or pyjamas, the size I require never seems to be available. In one case, my favourite style bra is no longer available. As the sizes / fit varies enormously, I am reluctant to order a different style, and have to go through the hassle of returning items.”

“The lingerie set arrived promptly and the colour and style was as described. Very pretty. The bra, however, was on the small side cupwise, even with the pads removed. I am going to keep the set as i am loosing weight at the moment and hope it to be a better fit in a few weeks.”
