Having purchased Camille Maxi briefs for many years, and been very happy with them, I now find that they have been changed slightly, being wider all over but shorter in the body, so not giving the comfort or coverage previously enjoyed!! Very very disappointing. I have no idea why this change has happened, whether it's a different factory involved in the manufacturing or an over all design change, but either way it is not for the better. It is a relatively recent change as my last purchase was only last October and there was no issue.

Item was ordered for my mother as she already has the same item. Sizing all wrong , supposed to be a size 40 C and doesn’t go anywhere near to fastening. I am a 34 DD and it just about fastens on me

I do not recommend the purchase to customers outside the UK. I placed an order on January 22nd for Italy and as of today February 3rd it has not yet been shipped. Only after my reminder was I told that there was a problem with the courier but no delivery forecast. On the other hand, I was inundated with emails advertising products for sale but no word on contractual fulfillment Totally unreliable

i went all the way to rousley peak village to find the store is no longer trading i was livid this was sunday 29th jan i had tried to place the order on the computer but i thought i would fetch it from there instead i rang you up on the 30th and explained to the person was saying that in had nothing to do with you as it was a concession but it was still on you site it cost me petrol and my time and no joy from the person i spoke and also the sale you would have had

Have not received my package but it states on tracker it was delivered on the 19th January 2023 and proof of delivery was a snapshot of Camille reception??

I ordered a pair of satin pyjamas. When they arrived they were not satin. The pattern looked as it had in the picture, but the description was simply wrong. I returned them. Very disappointing.

I am really surprised you have sent me this email. I sent the item back to you on 10th Oct 2022 with enclosed letter explaining that it was the wrong size = although the label says 14/16 size it looks like 10/12 size, so tjght I couldn't even do the front zip. I asked for a refund, which I haven't received yet: obviously judging from this email I see the reason why (see attached certificate of posting). So I now wait to hear from you with my refund

I ordered a bra and paid for it and it never was delivered. Post Office never got it and after telephoning on 1/11 at 14.05 discovered it was never despatched. Cancelled order ! No service at all requested an apology and never got that ( why am I not surprised!). Been into your outlets a few times and they are great but ordering online rubbish. Does Customer Service exist in your business ?

LAST SEASON AND THIS I ORDERED PURPLE PYJAMAS AS ADVERTISED VERY CLEARLY BUT RECIEVED GREY, EVEN THO I SPOKE TO THEM. PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED. SO GAVE UP, SADLY

The bra itself is nice to look at but didn’t have the correct size I wanted which was disappointing when ordering online.. very tight around the back which is very uncomfortable..

I was so disappointed with this and had to return. I ordered normal bra size which gave no support whatsoever. My prosthesis flopped down to my knees 🤪 too heavy. I think if I had been able to adjust the straps it would have helped. I have been looking for a comfortable bra like this at an affordable price for years!

I used to like your shapewear body, but you now only have one style and after wearing it for years it has become very boring. I The range you have chosen to keep is not the most comfortable, the lace can be a bit irritating, and the colours are uninteresting (why does shapewear have to be black, white and neutral?). The range you used to sell was much better. Unfortunately, I will have to keep wearing it as it the only reasonably priced body without a back bra fastening I can find.
