“I found them when I performed a Google search looking for an online manual for my GPS navigator. They offered a printed manual at what seemed to me to be a reasonable price. Even though they kept me informed of the progress of my order, I was surprised by how quickly the manual arrived in my mailbox! In my opinion the firm is very reputable, and I am very pleased with their service.”

“The manual was very helpful to me as I bought a used camera with no guide book. My only criticism is the size of the print. The print was too small for my eyes… had to use a magnifying glass.”

“Whenever I buy a new camera, the first thing I do is to check OCT's availability if the manual or reference manual is available. When it comes available, you can bet I'll buy it. Same holds true when firmware updates become available. Needless to say, I'm old school. I like to get into my favorite chair, turn the sound down on something classical and read the manuals. I don't like to have to stare into a bright screen when I'm trying to relax. Please keep up the good work..”

“The manual did not need to be 379 pages. I think 100 pages would do just fine There is a lot of wasted space and repeated words. Such as the 'heading' camera make & model is repeated at the heading of every topic, large margins at the top & bottom, etc. And the font size could be a little bigger.”

“It's great to have a professionally printed comprehensive manual. My Olympus camera only came with a quick start guide with the main manual digitally via PDF. Of course, I could have printed it myself but having it done professionally and being bound with a front and back cover is not something I could have done. It was delivered very quickly and the cost was very reasonable.”

“I was looking for a printed manual for an Olympus E-M1X, looking online I could only find digital versions, by accident I came across OTC and found that they could supply a printed version spiral bound for around £18.00 (2 separate books due to the size of the manual) to me well worth the money, it arrived about 3 days later, I was very impressed with the quality of the manual. Anyone looking for a camera manual, give them ago.”
