“The manual is excellent and I like the way you have split the manual into three parts. However, I did like it very much but the actual books were a bit bashed up during delivery which spoiled them”

“This is the first time that I have used OTC, and I have been most favourably impressed with your service. My order was placed on Monday, and the manual was with me by 10:30 on the following Wednesday The quality of the product matched the quality of the service, and I shall certainly use you again when the need arises, and will also recommend your service to others. One minor criticism though. It would have been even more helpful if your printing had incorporated the use of spot colour, as in the original manual. Thank you once again.”

“A simple but really effective idea. The official Panasonic manual is 400 pages long .... I *could* print it myself but the printer would run out of ink, paper would jam, it would be on A4 and I would still have to bind it... Camera-manual remove all that hassle and produce a perfectly printed, spiral bound A5 manual that's just about perfect. (It would have been even better if it had been colour, though!)”
