The service was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages of processing my order though to delivery. I ordered manuals for 2 different cameras. - both spiral bound. However, the Finepix manual was printed two pages to an A5 sheet. The resultant actual page was only A6 size , and the print far too small to be read without the help of a magnifying glass! I do think consideration regarding legibility should have been better in this case. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars.
