“The manual itself is very good, well presented and easy to handle and read. The process of sending it to me proved to be more complicated than expected resulting in confusion, delay and additional expense.”

Sorry about the confusion with the delivery. There are Brexit related issues with delivery to some EU countries which are still causing issues in some countries. We have done all we can and most countries seem to now be resolving the problems.

“It is a pity, UK out of the EU. So I had to wait two weeks and pay an additional fee of almost €10. The UK had set itself back in the past. The product is OK, I like it very much, but why set yourself back in the past.”
