“I am delighted that I have found a printed manual that I can easily take out when on a camera trip. When I first had my Olympus I printed off almost every page in the online manual. I ended up with a huge pile of paper, carefully put into a file, but I had to get a whole bunch of pages out (where do you put them while you look?) to find one small camera instruction. It was difficult enough to do when in the best conditions but when it was windy and raining it was a disaster. Invariably the information that I needed was on one of the pages I had chosen not to print. Consequently I have never really understood my camera. All that will change now.”

“I spent most of my career persuading organizations to eliminate paper from their business processes and interactions with customers BUT sometimes only paper will do. Most tech companies have stopped providing printed manuals to their customers. For complex products, I think this is a big mistake as it makes it more difficult for users to get the most out of the products that they have spent their hard earned money on. Thank goodness for OTC. They provide a great, quick and cost effective service and provide me with the printed manual I need to fully exploit and enjoy all the features of the product that I have purchased.”

“When I received the book the back cover was not install properly on the spiral ring. I had to remove all the pages from the spiral ring to place the back cover in the proper position.”
