Hello The manual ordered is for a Sony and Sony are making some of their manual that can only be viewed online, this is one of them we were asked by a customer for a print off as he found it better than having no printed manual. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“I am delighted to be able to buy a manual for the Contax 1-a camera which I believe dates to before 1936. The manual has already enabled me to understand the (complicated) procedure for setting the shutter speed. I would use the very useful service you provide again if need be. “They only provide black and white copies of original manuals. I have recommended to them they provide an option for color copies at a premium price but my suggestion was rebuffed. My recent order was almost illegible because the original Nikon manuals used pastel colors”
