“I ordered a Canon R10 manual as it indicated it could be spirally bound but instead received a small manual by Nina Bailey which I already had. When asked I was told that because the manual was so small there was not enough room for spirally binding. I then asked for a returns label to return the manual and was told 'We don't do return labels'. Which meant I had to pay another £2.25 to send it back. No email was sent to me advising me that I would be credited. The money has been put back in my account but not the £2.25 for sending it back. The fault lies with OTC so take off your website that the R10 can be spirally bound. For this reason I give it 2 stars.”

Hello The email sent was for you to review the Sony HX99 manual we sent. The R10 pocket book is on the website and can not be sent spiral bound.

Hello We simply print from the PDF the manufacturers make available on their website. The manual you ordered the PDF was formatted in 2 light grey colours for the text and when printed they come out faint but readable.

“fast service quick delivery but the product is a rip off 1 peace of A4 photocopid paper in a littel p[lastic folder for Nearly £10 pound and all that needed was a first class stamp and an envelope another £4 what a rip off . i cant beleave you dont feal gilt .”

Hello The manual we sent for the Durst cm 50 is a copy of the original that would of been supplied with the product when new in 1980.

“Delivery was very prompt for a manual that was printed in four parts, 1200 pages. However, pages were mixed up making it unusable. Did get a good response and received a good quality product two days later. Quality is important, and if it hadn't been for this I would have rated Camera-Manual 10 out of 10.”

Hello Yes we print manuals the customer can download. But most people like a paper copy to look through as you can not always be near your computer to view the down load. We are a small company and have overheads to consider. Also the price of materials going up it is not possible to sell for less.

“Not delivered at expected time. Rang about delivery had to leave a message, never answered. Kept giving excuses about machinery being broken but quickly managed to take my money out of my account. Finally arrived the day we were leaving for our holiday.”

Hello I remember speaking to you on the phone. Our copier had broken down and need a new part this had to come from Canon. Money is taken when the order is placed. Under normal circumstance the order gets processed and sent out with in 12 business hours of receiving the order. Unfortunately this did not happen with your order. Orders are sent out first class post. I arranged the order to be sent out special delivery so you would receive it in time for your holiday and I am happy it arrived in time.

“I was told the manual would come in three volumes and paid. It came in two. The spiral binders had been squashed into oval shapes to accommodate the large number of pages. This meant that they caught on each other when the manual was opened, causing them to tear when trying to close the manual. A new manual in three volumes was sent as a replacement which is tip-top. Because someone tried to save a few pence and sent out something un-usable, I cannot beblieve I am asked for a review by Jeff, who clearly does not know what goes on in his company.”

“I currently cannot give a higher rating due to the fact that I am yet to receive my manual. I understand that there was an attack on the Royal Mail and OTC did update me on the situation. However, I was notified that my package was being sent out on the night of Jan 26th and was told that "hopefully" it will arrive within 10 business days, which has now expired.”

Hello Due to the cyber attack all international mail was halted for a few weeks. Once things got back up and running there was a bag log of mail to be processed and put through the system this delayed the delivery times. I can see the order was sent with tracking and on checking it has now been delivered.

“It was written in German, which is the language of the maker, but this was not made clear in the listing. The drawings are very item-specific, I was especially looking for a general blow-up assembly drawing, and there is nothing like that.”

Hello I can see why you say this is basic. This is all we have for the model of camera you have and we do state on the website this is a basic manual. For the full user guide you will need to visit the manufactures website as they only make this basic available as a print out, the full user guide can only be viewed online.
